This is an easy home to settle into after a day out in London. Two sofas and a bookcase make the sitting room a comfortable place to wind down in front of the smart TV, and the separate dining room means the group can gather properly around the table. The leafy street keeps things calm once the door closes.

Check-in is self-service using keyless entry, so arrival is flexible. Off-street parking can be arranged with a paid guest permit, so please ask ahead if you are bringing a car. This is an older period property with leaded windows and original features, part of its character. If anything comes up during your stay, the host is reachable by phone or message.

Booking policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
