Llegamos a las tres de la mañana porque el avion llegó con retraso y la cama supletoria no estaba hecha y tardaron hasta las cuatro y media de la mañana en venir a traer las sábanas , mantas y almohadas para hacerla, eso es imperdonable, todavía me cabreo cuando me acuerdo, una verguenza, no se tarda una hora y media en mandar a alguien con unas mantas, y no digo más, porque me estoy cabreando. Por lo demás un hotel muy recomendable.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas, el hotel muy limpio y te recompensan si eres “green” la estación del bus o Metro no está tan cerca … pero hay taxis afuera del hotel… muy bueno!

Muchos problemas Hotels.com no envio el pago de la reserva por lo que dos noches me volvieron a cobrar la estancia. Lo mas desagradable es que el personal del hotel secuestro el equipaje y nos dejaron la primera noche en el corredor hasta la 01:00 amm y la segunda noche nos tuvieron hasta la medianoche. Las instalaciones y localizacion perfecta.

Excelente opción de hospedaje, habitación muy amplia y limpia, super muy bien ubicado, caminar a pie a lo largo del Río Tamesis es una maravilla, llegamos al Palacio de Westminster, Big Ben, London Eye, etc... el buffet de desayuno delicioso, pagamos adicionalmente por él, pero valió la pena.

I’m going to leave an honest review… I don’t like to complain but honestly this place was not worth it for what I paid. The location is great as it’s 20-30 minute walk from big London attractions/ plays etc and the hotel was gorgeous and super clean… but beyond that I was more disappointed than anything. I booked two twin beds and when I showed up it was not configured that way. I called room service to fix it which they said they would but kept us waiting for at least 6 hours. Honestly the service was pretty slow in this hotel in general. We signed up for the eco program so the room would be cleaned only every 3 days, which is fine, but then when we asked for house keeping to come they took a whole day, so even when we got back from our time in the city and wanted to rest, it was still not clean. And then an extremely LOUD fire drill went off at almost 2 in the morning waking up the whole hotel and forcing us outside. I even lost a ring of mine trying to run as I didn’t know if this was an emergent or not. We get back inside and see that the fire alarm was supposed to be for 2 in the afternoon, so someone haphazardly set it? What a nightmare that was!!! To be honest I wish I could get a refund for my stay. This place was not worth what I paid for it for the lackadaisical behaviors. The staff was all pretty good, the best part was Christabelle, she made our stay memorable and was so kind. Beyond that, this will not be my best memory of London.

Hotel molto bello per quanto riguarda la struttura e l'arredamento mentre i servizi lasciavano molto a desiderare...su sei notti quattro volte non è stata rifatta la camera e solo al nostro ritorno alla sera veniva ripulita dopo le nostre segnalazioni..le addette al piano sono inadeguate e non sono state istruite bene su come rifare le camere..non rifornivano il materiale per il bagno e mettevano gli asciugamani a caso...in un hotel di quella categoria è inaccettabile e non parlano una parola di inglese...molto deluso..

Our room was amazing and very spacious, bathroom was great too and the view from the balcony was incredible. It's a very beautiful hotel in the heart of the city centre . Breakfast was very good but I was expecting a bit better for the value of money of this hotel . Although I definitely recommend :)

My daughter Bea and I enjoyed our stay at The Park Plaza London Riverbank. The room was clean, spacious, modern and nicely decorated. The hotel is well located,the receptionist at our arrival was very courteous and professional, the area felt safe and with walking distance to Westminster, the Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and the London Eye. We especially enjoyed having breakfast with the views of the Thames River, the Westminster and the Big Ben from the top restaurant!
