Paddington 9-Bed 17-Guest Massive House w/Patio

These are 3 apartments in the same building near Paddington Station: two massive adjacent flats on the ground floor, and a small flat on the second floor. Sleeps 17 guests, has 9 beds, 6.5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens.
In an old 1841 Victorian building converted from a pub (12ft ceiling height main floor). Flat 1 & 2 sleep 13 guests, each spread over ground and lower ground floor. Flat 3 sleeps 4, and is on the 2nd floor of the same building, but accessed via a separate door & staircase.

The two massive flats (#1&2) on the ground floor are adjacent and share a common private hallway, creating one large private space. The third small flat (#3) is located on the second floor of the same building, accessed by a separate door and staircase.
Flat #1&2 have 5 bedrooms, 7 beds (including 2 sofa beds), 5.5 bathrooms, two large kitchens, large sitting rooms and dining areas.
Flat #3 has a bedroom and a sofa bed in the sitting room, a full bathroom and a kitchen.

Early Check-in: if you require a guaranteed check-in earlier than 12:00pm, then please book the previous day too. Otherwise, when possible, we can take your luggage earlier or offer you an earlier check-in. Please note, we will charge a flat £50 fee for this, because it changes our normal schedule and our housekeeper needs to bring extra help in order to prepare the apartment faster.
