Great stay!
This hotel was wonderful!. It exceeded our expectations, since the room we were appeared to be just renovated. The location is great, especially if you are using bus. We would stay there again with no hesitation.

HOTEL EN ESTADO LAMENTABLE
HOTEL EN ESTADO LAMENTABLE. El día antes de llegar al hotel nos mandan un email de que están con reformas, si queríamos cancelar la reserva nos devolvían el dinero...un día antes de llegar a Londres en Semana y nos dicen que nos busquemos la vida.. lamentable. Las condiciones del hotel son peligrosas, debería estar cerrado con la dimensión de las reformas. - No hay recepción,bajas a un cuartucho que es la lavandería, cuidado no te mates bajando por unas escaleras pequeñas llenas de andamios, las escaleras de acceso a las habitaciones son suelo, cableado eléctrico todo suelto, no hay WiFi, polvo, trabajadores transitando hasta te duchas y están en el andamio de la ventana. Resaltar la atención al cliente inexistentes, no te informan , desaparecen, como ya has pagado. Adjunto fotos. Recomiendo encarecidamente que no vayan, las CONDICIONES son propicias a que ocurra una desgracia. Me gustaría poner adjuntar fotos pero no me deja la aplicación

Llegas caminando a todos lados, está fantástico. Está cerca del metro y la zona es bastante segura. La habitación estaba nueva, la cama muy cómoda y el baño de excelente comodidad y calidad. Todo en general en mi estancia estuvo de 10 estrellas, sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí. Había leído reseñas anteriores y estaba preocupada, pero me quedé bastante contenta con nuestra estancia.

Hotel muy bien situado
Hotel muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de Victoria, cerca de buckingham palace y otros monumentos. Hay buenos restaurantes y tiendas de comida en los alrededores. El hotel es muy pequeño, pero es acogedor, el personal es muy amable y atento. La habitación es pequeña, nosotros eramos dos y más que suficiente, la cama muy cómoda y con servicio de café y té gratis. Limpieza general cada día! Total que lo recomiendo!

Hotel muy bien ubicado, con metro Victoria/Pimlico, Gatwick Express y estación de autobuses a 5 minutos. Para los más aventureros y aquellos que desean descubrir una ciudad encima de una bici, tienen una estación de bicicletas para alquilar justo delante del hotel. Es un hotel limpio, básico, digamos que tiene todo lo que necesita un hotel para los que van a descubrir una ciudad y paran para ducharse y dormir. El personal muy agradable, ayudan en todo. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Londres, volveria.

Nice location, rooms were clean but very small. No hot water to shower in the morning. The only way to get a hot shower was if you showered in the middle of the afternoon or very late in the evening. The staff didn’t seem to care when you asked if they could check why there wasn’t hot water. We were traveling with two other couples and we had to let each other know when we were showering. The gentlemen who was at the front desk when we arrived at the hotel was very rude and didn’t want to be bothered. He was also the same gentlemen that was there when we checked out. He was the same staff member that we complained about the hot water to. They ran out of hand towels and tissues. Had are room cleaned but they didn’t change the sheets the entire time we were there. Hopefully they get things fixed and better staff so when guests want to return to London they would choose the same hotel.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood close to Buckingham Palace and it is quite nice however we found that both our toilet and bathroom sink faucet were loose and the shower drain does not drain as quickly as the shower head water pressure supplies the shower so you very quickly risk overflowing the shower basin - maybe this was done by design so as to prevent long showers and help preserve the available hot water but you literally have to shut the water off every 30 seconds to allow the basin to fully drain.

Beautiful interiors and helpful staff. Window had a slight opening at all times (even when properly closed) so it was a bit drafty and sounds from outside were loud. But it's an older building, so this might be expected, just bring earplugs. Overall highly recommended as the transport options nearby and walking distances to hotspots are fantastic.

Déception compléte
Trés mauvaise expérience ! Personnel de l'hôtel trés agréable et pro en revanche. Première chambre les toilettes l'eau ne s'écoule pas, une odeur noséabonde dans le couloir. On nous change de chambre le lendemain. Deuxième chambre pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours/nuits, obligé de se laver a l'eau froide, eau tiède la derniere nuit. Informations transmises a l'accueil qui prend bien note et la responsable doit selon eux nous revenir pour faire un geste commercial. Sur place nous avons était cool et pas fait de bruits. Jamais eu de retour de la responsable pour un remboursement malgrés l'engagement du personnel a le faire et malgrés mes relances !

Reasonable for new years eve stay.
Lovely hotel, but no hot water both mornings, i took a shower. When i told reception, they didnt seem surprised and said to wait 30 minutes for the water to heat up. Constant Load humming sound on the lower ground floor. This could be disruptive, for light sleepers. Luck for me, it was no issue. Loved the large bath towels, and room was nice for a short stay.

No Room on Arrval
Arrived at Hotel to find the room we had booked wasn't available (mysterious kleak just before we arrived!!). We were told no other rooms were available, so we would have to stay at their sister Hotel. We were left to find our own way there, although to be fair this wasn't far. The room we were given in this "sister" Hotel was very small and we were kept awake all night by the air conditioning. I believe this chain just over book rooms in both their Hotels and you have to make do with what you get on arrival
