Un hotel para ir en pareja
Es un excelente hotel, con habitaciones muy espaciosas y modernas. Que lejos del bullicio del centro de Londres, personal cerca del metro. Sin embargo, no es un hotel que recomiendo para ir con niños chicos; los cuales no don permitidos en el restaurante principal (nunca pudimos crnar ni desayunar en el) y en la piscina solo pueden ir a ciertas horas (obviamente en las que uno no esta en el hotel). Pero 100% recomendable para parejas.

Excellent hotel overall. Fantastic bed and pillows, slept like I was dead. The room is spacious and comfy, good shower and amenities. Didn’t like the touchpad controls in the room which were horribly unresponsive. Drinks were quite pricey and we had some confusion at the breakfast where we were served a half meat half vegetarian dish, which wasn’t ideal. Overall very good.

My sister and I stayed for 3 days in April. The staff is utterly stellar, they enhanced our stay immensely and were very kind! They exemplified the standard of service that was unparalleled and we will be back. Special thanks and kudos to Daniel, wonderful ambassador for the hotel and an exemplary team member!

Service and staff were truly outstanding. Good value for the pruc3, however this is not really a five star hotel. It was full of little annoyances due to poor interior design. Light switches in inconvenient places, separate buttons for each elevators, front doible doors that are just a tad too close to one another. Similarly, excellent breakfast for the price, but not five star. Spa and gym are clean and functional.

Lovely stay at The Montcalm. It’s not quite up to scratch as other five star hotels and the buffet breakfast was a little grim but overall a nice place for a night away

Staff excellent. Rooms pretty good but starting to look a bit shabby. Spa is not a spa - it’s a small pool and a confined waiting area for treatments. Not sure if it was that particular weekend, but it looked like the cast of TOWIE had all checked in!! Not a bad experience, but not a great one either. Wouldn’t return.

Highly overprice, bed too soft, not able to get dark due to embedded screens, bad noise isolation from street, got woken up by traffic at 6AM. Nice service but overall bad stay due to poor quality of building & equipment

Was challenging to get time in the pool and unreasonable for hotel to require guests to wear ill fitting bathrobes throughout public areas (there was no access to change rooms) Not incredibly close to any subway station, no atm in hotel, amenities like conditioner not refilled upon cleaning, breakfast was terrible. Hostess in restaurant was aggressive and needlessly condescending while explaining how the meal credit works

Good hotel, shame about the spa
It was a good hotel. Main gripe was with the spa. If you don't book it well in advance you can't use it. And even if you do, it's limited to 30 minutes. Pretty pointless.
