It was a nice stay, particularly because of the super nice staff. The hotel itself, while decently renovated, its an old building without Aircon and without elevator.

Muy buena opción
Ubicación excelente, trato de personal excelente. Desayuno muy bueno. Habitación espaciosa y limpia. Se nota que es un edificio antiguo y los suelos son de madera y crujen un poco. Lo más flojo han sido los colchones (muy blandos) y las almohadas (algo incómodas). En cualquier caso el resumen es muy positivo y desde luego que si vuelvo a Londres me plantearé alojarme de nuevo en este hotel.

Una estancia agradable pero con detalles a mejorar
La estancia fue agradable. No hay ascensores, así que subir con una maleta pesada es todo un reto. La habitación tenía dos camas y un baño privado. El mando de la tele no tenía pilas, faltaba jabón en el dispensador y el agua que sale de la ducha a veces falla, dejándote sin agua por algunos segundos. Esta bastante bien ubicado y la atención dada por los empleados en el comedor durante los desayunos y la atención blindada por Luisa en la recepción fueron excelentes.

Buena situación pero con algunos peros
El hotel no está mal y bien situado. Pero no hay ascensor, los peldaños de la escalera son pequeños y la habitación olía regular. Lo peor es que en mi habitación el agua caliente no funcionaba bien. El staff es muy agradable.

Céntrico pero incómodo
En general no hay aire acondicionado y hay que subir escaleras con maletas y nadie ayuda a subirlas. La atención en recepción deja mucho que desear.

Muy deficiente la limpieza de la habitación . Nunca me ponían la toalla de mano El agua de lluvia salía fría. El desayuno muy bueno La habitación era muy pequeña y muy fría, con muebles viejos y desvencijados La atención del personal de Conserjería excelente. Es caro por lo que pague y el servicio que brinda

Hotel correcto con buena ubicación.
La habitación está bien de tamaño y limpia con camas cómodas. El baño pequeño pero nuevo y limpio, en general mejor de lo que uno espera cuando entra en el hotel ya que las zonas comunes son poco atractivas y con demasiadas escaleras. SIn embargo, estaba poco caldeada, hubiera sido deseable un poco mas de temperatura ya que hacía bastante frío.

Hotel limpio y cómodo ,cerca estación St.Pancreas(donde llega Eurostar). Barrio tranquilo y con varios supermercados. Se puede llegar caminando al Briitish Museum

Das Personal ist absolut zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen klein und auf dem Frühstücksbuffet hätte ich mir etwas frisches obst gewünscht. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Hôtel très bien situé, au cœur de Londres. Il est très propre, décoré avec goût. Personnel à l’écoute, très professionnel. Petit déjeuner riche et goûteux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes. Seul inconvénient: seulement 2 prises électriques dans toute la chambre. Aucune dans la salle de bain. Hôtel à réserver lors d’un prochain séjour à Londres.

Family room was nice and comfortable for 4 of us and very clean. Breakfast was nice enough but is in the basement which isn’t great. Especially when it’s busy. But we will be back. It was a nice stay in a great location for the train stations and central London.

Will never stay there again staff were rude when we complained about the heat they put the heating on 18.00 till 22.30 so when you wake up in the morning it's cold also I had to leave early for work there was no hot water we booked 4 nights had to leave after 2

The guest stayed in one of our new refurbished rooms so we are very surprised by the feedback. The heating and hot water was checked by our maintenance team and was working fine. We always strive to go the extra mile and the comfort and satisfaction of our guests are primary in everything we do.

Fourth time I’ve stayed (i.e. the last 4 times I’ve visited London on business from the Midlands). I like everything about it: quiet and extremely well-positioned near to St Pancras. Nice staff, good breakfast. Nice atmosphere.

My daughter's and I spent a long weekend in London and we found the Mentone Hotel is in an excellent position for getting around London (Russell Sq tube). The area is quite leafy and has tennis courts opposite. We had room 26 a quad room to the front of the property. The hotel itself is clean and practical. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay again. One tip is the hotel doesn't have a lift which would only be a problem if you have mobility issues. Thank you Mentone team for making our stay a happy one :)

Great value for money and SO quiet!
The room was beautiful and well appointed; extremely quiet being around the back (no view but the peace made up for it!) A lovely friendly quiet place to be in an excellent position for Kings Cross & Euston; will definitely be back!

Honest accommodation near King's Cross/St-Pancras
Staff was polite. Arrived very early (way before check-in time), they offered me a cup of tea and kept my luggage until I could sign in in the afternoon. Clean room and hotel in general, shower did not drain very well and is flat with the rest of the bathroom floor, so there was water all over the bathroom floor. Did not take breakfast there so I cannot comment.

Good stay, nice and clean!
The hotel was clean, nice bathroom and very close to Euston station. Could not fault it. As it must have been quite a substancial residence in the past the only thing is that you can hear guests walking in the room above you. Altough that has happened in newly built hotels too. I had a good stay!
