The home is newly renovated and spacious, perfect for all occasions. In addition to a comfortable bed, there is a sofa bed for families, ONLY available on advanced request.

A quiet and spacious one bedroom garden home with lots of natural light.

Newly renovated, the home boasts purifying plants throughout. The bedroom has a high end UK king size bed with luxury mattress and stylish rattan cupboards. Moving to the living room, there are two sofas, one of which a UK double size sofa bed.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, washer dryer as well as high table with 5 stools for dining. The bathroom has a shower & bathtub with excellent water pressure. There is a Smart TV equipped with apps like Netflix & Amazon Prime, ready for you to login into.

The garden has an outdoor dining area for four people and enjoys morning to early afternoon sunlight. Squirrels & birds visit daily, bringing warmth and animation.

There is a ceiling fan as well as a portable tower fan, with the home feeling generally cool.

This is a private one bedroom apartment in a semi-detached terrace house with lockbox access located on the premises for easy check in and check out.

The standard room rates are for 2 people occupancy and any additional guest will be charged per night. Maximum occupancy is for 4 guests.

If you are more than 2 guests then you will need the sofa bed, so make a request for it when you book. There will be an additional one-off GBP53 set up and linen charge that will be sent to you when you make the request.

If your group are 2 guests, and would would like the sofa bed set up, do request and the one-time setup and linen fee of GBP53 will be sent across.

We do allow service animals and we use a professional cleaning company post any furry friend visit and that is why there is an additional pet fee so be sure to book them in when you reserve.

Kensington & Holland Park is a wonderful residential & vibrant pocket of london. A tree lined home close to London`s reknowed charming spots.

The design Museum is a couple minutes walk away, exhibiting great art & design. Holland park and the Japanese gardens is a must see for beauty and tranquility. Holland park also hosts outdoor opera and theatre - not to be missed!

Our favourite local pub, The Scarsdale Tavern, is 3/4 minutes walk away, and full of British charm with outdoor heated seating with trees. The Abingdon, another classic, and many more.

There are supermarkets within 3 minutes walk, a local small Sainsbury and huge Tesco with everything. Wholefoods is a 15 minute walk and Waitrose 7 minutes.

A 7 minute car ride away and you`ll reach the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum the V&A and knightsbridge.

There is a parking space available on-site and can be booked via JustPark.

There is a bus stop at the top of the road, with great links throughout.

Over ground station, Kensington Olympia, is about 7 minutes walk away and is the best to get you to East London & Gatwick Airport.

Earls court tube, about 10 minutes walk, has District & Piccadilly line, that goes to Heathrow Airport.

Local tube stations are High street Kensington, about 10 minutes walk or a short bus ride. With Circle & District Lines.

Use of the sofa bed to be requested in advance. Incurring a one off set-up/set-back & linen hire fee of £53. Linens are not stored in the property.

As designers, we fell in love with the light and nature in the living room. The sofa bed is in the living room and we placed voile curtains on the ceiling that let some light through, with one part exposed to see the sky. We have eye masks, though do also bring your own. There is an additional oil radiator on the side of the sofa bed. The experience of waking up in this room is so beautiful, immersed in nature and one we hope you enjoy as much as we do.

There is a car parking space on site, but this has to be reserved separately using the Just Park application. Let us know once you reserve and we will send you the link to book your spot directly.

We do have a travel cot, simple baby bath, and other baby items available on advance request - please note they may be reserved by other guests so book well in advance.

If you are bringing a pet then do book them in because there is a fee!
We kindly ask that you remove your shoes in the entrance corridor. We’re big fans of keeping things clean!

Hosting parties is not allowed, and any damage to the property must be compensated.

Smoking or e-smoking is only permitted in the outdoor garden/patio area. A fumigation fee of £500 will be charged if any smoke smell is detected inside the property.

Our listing price is for 2 guests. An additional charge of £30 per night applies for each extra guest. Please specify the total number of guests when making your booking request. If additional guests are joining partway through your stay, let us know so we can adjust the price accordingly.

If your group is larger than 2 guests, you`ll need the sofa bed. Be sure to request it at the time of booking, as there’s an additional £53 setup charge.

A £150 charge will apply if any pets are found on the premises, whether visiting or staying.

Please follow the bin instructions outlined in the house manual. Food delivery or shopping bags should not be used to dispose of rubbish—please use the provided bin bags and seal them properly before discarding waste.

Use the grey face towels for makeup removal (please reserve the white towels for other purposes). White bathroom towels should only be used for personal hygiene. Kitchen towels and paper towels are available for other tasks. If you notice any stained towels or bedding, please report them.

Please do not flush face wipes, sanitary items, or any other unnatural products down the toilet. Use the bathroom bin provided instead.

We ask that you leave the home as you found it. If anything gets damaged, please let us know. We wish you a wonderful stay!
