Me volvería a alojarme allí 🙂
Los recepcionistas son unas maravillas, son atentos educados aparte la atención es bilingüe súper bien la habitación limpia ordenada funcionaba perfecto, hay autobús que te deja en la puerta del hotel.

Sencillo y aceptable para la zona
Problemas en la llegada. Por retraso del vuelo llegue tarde al hotel, la puerta cerrada y nadie en recepción, tras pulsar el timbre varias veces (30 minutos después), me abrieron la puerta. No creo que este suficientemente insonorizado el hotel. Una carretera con mucho ruido al lado

Habitación pequeña, limpieza expendida, personal estupendo, ubicación lejos pero fácil bus nº15 directo al centro, metro a tres minutos, calidad precio fenomenal. Recomendable

Escogí este Hotel por estar cerca del O2 arena. Un error, muy lejos de todo y nada cerca. La habitación justita. El desayuno bufett un poco timo. Y de barato nada.

Great location for visiting the o2 arena and the city. Easy walk to the DLR. lovely day spent exploring nearby Greenwich. Hotel has everything I needed and a great price for London. Will be back

Overall value good, but elements could be better
Location was excellent, 5 min walk from DLR. Room was fine, clean and functional. Located on the 2nd floor, traffic noise was noticeable, it didn't bother me but if you are a light sleeper maybe not for you. Only real gripe is the Air-Con either wasn't working or it was disabled in some way, the heating element of the unit was working but not the cooling element. The result was the room was hot, could open a window but as the hotel is next to a busy road this increased the traffic noise. I arrived after 10.00pm and was gone the next morning so didn't complain. For 1 night its perfectly fine, though not sure I would stay here is the AirCon didn't work in the heat of summer.

Great Hotel for O2 Arean
Clean and cheerful hotel. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Just one stop on Jubilee Line and a 10 minute walk from O2 Arena. Will use again.

Limited dining and my expectations were clearly in I text thinking Ibis was a good hotel brand, it’s cheap and on par with travel lodge. However it wasn’t actually cheap. The only food offered outside of breakfast was frozen pizza. The breakfast was poor, eggs were like hockey pucks. Avoid, go do a B&B.

Perfect location for a concert at the 02. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Very clean and welcoming just a short walk to the tube.

The facility was clean and provided everything required. Francesca was working the desk and she was incredible. You can tell she enjoyed what she is doing and was very helpful and enjoyable.

Ideal short stay for work
Ideal while traveling for work the room is very much no frills but makes up for it by being cheaper than others. Canary wharf is only a short walk away so plenty of things to do and also proximity to the DLR makes for great transport links. Very quiet considering the busy road (quiet for London at least!) Didn't struggle for a good night's sleep.

Das Hotel ist mit DLR, Crossrail & Underground gut erreichbar. Der Bus hält direkt vor dem Hotel, wurde von uns auf Grund der Kurzen Wege nicht genutzt. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück engl./cont. reichhaltig. Am meisten waren wir von der Ruhe in der Nacht erstaunt. Die Nasszelle hat alte Londonerlebnisse wieder aufleben lassen.

How was my stay?
Good Points/Bad Points: Free WiFi was good £12.50 parking was not good at all when I have already paid a lot of money for what is quite a small room. Bed was very hard however the pillows were comfortable, and having a second one in the room was a good thought. Bathroom floor has what looks like white stains on it around the toilet area which makes it quite uninviting to stand on. Toilet was difficult to flush due to flush mechanism. Air Con not working so unable to sleep properly. In general our stay was okay but the bed spoiled it somewhat. Obviously this is a personal preference and others might rate it highly.
