Hospedaje ideal por costo beneficio
Este sitio es ideal para hospedarse sobre todo si YA conoces Londres y buscas un excelente costo/beneficio. Está ubicado en Sutton, que si bien no está tan lejos del centro de Londres, si supone un trayecto y una caminata diaria adicional como turista. Si es tu 1er visita a Londres quizás elegiría otro mas céntrico (pero seguro sera mucho mas caro o sera menos cómodo). Este sitio tiene la combinación perfecta en costo beneficio, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, nada que pedir, aunque OJO como NO es un hotel, NO esperes limpieza diaria. La idea de tener el desayuno disponible para que tu lo prepares (y limpies) funciona muy bien. Igual puedes llevar tus propios alimentos y prepararlos. Para nosotros (familia de 3) fue absolutamente ideal y cuando volvamos a Londres sin duda reservaremos aquí.

The hotel was in middle of housing estate about 15 minutes walk from train station and town center The rooms are big and the bathroom was excellent size and bed was comfortable

Most impressed and pleasantly surprised. Little tired decor but all really ok and no problems. Location was great and parking very good.

Very basic pictures look better
You get what you pay for very basic, beds very uncomfortable, lots of limesalea in bathroom, very basic TV blinds need renewing it was more of a hostel vibe than hotel or apart hotel

“Aparthotel” is the brand of this range of properties and I wouldn’t say it describes this venue, which is more like a hostel - because the small kitchen is shared. The bedroom was large and the bathroom / shower were very nice. The single bed appeared unused as it was dusty, which suggests the beds aren’t routinely changed if they appear unused. There were a couple of hairs on the towel and cobwebs on the ceiling, but most of the place seemed clean. Though the bedroom wall/ceiling was cracked and parts needed cleaning/repainting. The bed was sufficient though some of the pillows were very flat. The breakfast provisions were fairly basic but sufficient for a short stay. Eggs, bacon, bread, cornflakes, milk, fruit juice. You cook for yourself (when there is space in the kitchen) and clean up after yourself. It was a cheap stay but I would prefer to stay at a hotel next time.

Underwhelming, staff seemed completed disconnected with everything going on & dazed, room was average, beds were poor (broken springs in mattress - sunk - stains on bedding, thin pillows), walls were very thin & could easily hear numerous guests. Generally wouldn’t recommend this, 2 star stay, below average experience. If you’re reading this review, I recommend to look elsewhere.

The hotel was ideally situated for me to work. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The only issue is the noise from other rooms and the railway line due to the lack of sound proofing. If this was improved, it would be the idea hotel to stay.

Just ok
We had an ok stay. We had twin beds which in themselves were comfortable but one was quite noisy whilst turning over (and I do alot of turning during the night). The soundproofing wasn't very good, you could people talking outside our door and people moving and banging around in their rooms. I didn't like the breakfast arrangement, but for others that would probably be ok. You can make your own meals (which is fine) but the cooking smells fill the whole of the downstairs.

In my room, the bedside lights didn’t work, nor did the TV remote, so you had to operate the TV via the set.

Well yet again laundry deliveries in a 7.5 ton truck on a residential street at 4.30 am making a terrible noise the exact same happened last week, if i was one of the neighbours i really wouldn't be happy 😞

Smart , clean, quiet place to be.
Very pleasant , relaxed . Not new to the town but good driving around , parking at the place is good. Just needs markings so customers or residents can share equally. Some take a lot of space forgetting others as parking along is fir permit holders only. In the house itself is quiet and airy and spacious.

My stay
When I arrived, I found an empty space for my car otherwise I would have had to paid to park it elsewhere. My room was at the front of the hotel, upstairs, which meant I could keep an eye on my car. I, and everyone else, had to help ourselves to what ever was in the fridge and make it ourselves. There was a bus stop, a few minutes walk away, in Brighton Road if I felt like going towards Wimbledon or Hackbridge. The train station was further on. The trains went to either Victoria, London Bridge, Epsom or Dorking and, sometimes, were a good service. There is a small Tesco Express, between the bus stop and the station in Brighton Road for anyone wanting to buy something.

Looking for value and comfort, this place has it !
From the start the communication was excellent and the host, could not have been more professional and friendly. If you're expecting Claridge or the Ritz, then this is not for you. How ever, if you're content with a clean and tidy surrounding (albeit looking a little tired and in need of refreshing) that's certainly value for money, This Is The Place you need to be. I genuinely would have stayed longer, but unsurprisingly, it was booked up. Will definitely make to this direction when next in the area. Thank you.
