El hotel tiene una gran relación calidad precio. Se encuentra a las afueras de Londres, pero hay una parada de metro a cinco minutos del hotel que te deja directo en Picadilly en 45 minutos aproximadamente. Los recepcionistas no son excesivamente amables. La habitación doble está muy bien: la cama es muy cómoda, tenía un sofá cama, así como mininevera, televisión, caja fuerte, tabla de planchar y hervidor de agua (muy útil). Había incluso una toma de corriente de clavija europea y otra americana. Toda la habitación estaba muy limpia, al igual que el baño (alguna toalla más no nos habría venido mal). Para el precio que tiene está muy bien.

Super bien, todo lo que necesita para una estancia comoda (hasta una tetera para hacer te o cafe y champu y geles etc en el baño, y plancha y tabla, nevera, caja fuerte, tele y wifi gratis) todo incluida!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the location worked out great for our first trip to London.

Great location
This hotel is in a great location, near to the tube. We found it to be quiet, even though it is next door to a police station. The room was clean, although a bit dated but the service was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you & were very friendly. We even found some locals to be friendly, too.

For sleeping and showering it’s perfect. South harrow is a boring place. Take the subway out of there and it’s perfect.

近くに警察署があり、夜間頻繁に出動していたようで、友人はうるさがっていた。近くにスーパーやコインランドリー、目の前にバス停、歩いて10分程で駅もあるため便利だった。館内も写真よりきれいで良かった。フロントの方もとても親切だった。

Clean room. Beds were very firm, but we like firm mattresses. Staff was friendly. Just a few blocks from an Underground station, and bus stop is practically across the street. Only real issue we had was a slow drain in shower. Everything else was fine.

Non comodissimo. Bus di fronte 5 minuti e si raggiungono le stazioni metro e poi almeno altri 30 minuti. 2 notti non hanno cambiato le asciugamani né riassestata la camera. Riscaldamento/condizionatore piuttosto rumoroso. Comunque pulito e tutto sommato non male. Letti comodi.

I had previous reservation at another hotel, which was canceled by the property at the last minute, so I did arrived at Eurotraveler without a reservation and very scared and frustrated. The manager did found a room for me and got it ready for me almost immediately. The whole staff, especially the manage,made me feel very safe during my stay. Property is very quiet and clean , public transportation right in front / acroos street of property.

Very clean. Good bed linens, comfy mattresses, bathroom in excellent condition. Great location for OVO Arena (approx £14-£16 Uber). Excellent value for money, would stay again. A bit noisy as on a main road with lots of police vehicles on blue lights (police station directly next door).

More than good enough at the price
For the price and ease of travel it was perfectly fine. Dont go in expecting the ritz or even a premier inn really but for the price you cant complain at all. Good service, clean rooms. No, it wont be perfect, the water pressure wasnt great but you get what you pay for and I'd go again at the rate i paid

Ok but kind of weird. The room was clean but the bathroom has opaque ceiling tiles and you can see all the utility lines above. There were no vent filters on the air system, no cover on an outlet-it was just hanging from the wall. Small refrigerator in the room was nice to have. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. It’s about 1/2 mile to the tube station-not an easy walk with luggage. The neighborhood overall is kind of sketchy. You have to push a button to enter the hotel. When I arrived, (after check in time) there was no one at the front desk. I pushed the button and no response. After a few minutes the clerk came out, stared at me standing outside with luggage, I tapped on the glass door and was scolded for not ringing the bell outside…I did. You either didn’t hear it or it wasn’t working. Later that evening I tripped over a stair in reception and the two clerks at the front laughed at me. Neither one asked if I was okay-I stubbed my toe. The male staff members were cold and indifferent. The female staff would at least acknowledge me with a hello or good morning. Overall you get what you pay for. In the future I’d pay a few extra bucks to stay in a better place. I’ve been in the UK for a month and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. It wasn’t horrible but it was not a pleasant stay either. Won’t be returning.

Great, comfortable, clean hotel with helpful staff
Great hotel. Reception staff were very helpful. We were lucky to get parking inside the car park. Room & beds very comfortable. Nightly price was good. We didn't eat here, so can't comment. We walked 10 minutes to the Tube station which was 35 minutes travel into London. We found out when leaving that there was a Waitrose in walking distance, too. Would definitely stay again.
