El precio está bien. El cuarto y las instalaciones están bien. La decoración es muy vieja y había un olor muy feo en la habitación que nos ayudó para salir temprano a nuestro destino.

It was very good. They were excellent at letting us leave and coming back didn’t matter what time. Always smiling and waving. Would definitely recommend to anyone to go there.

We had to change rooms as the first room had water in the sink that wasn’t draining. Then the second room, the remote control wasn’t working. The front door was locked and they had to let us in, otherwise it’s kept locked. I’ve never seen this before. I don’t recommend this hotel and I will not be back.

The room smelt of disinfectant...nearly unbearable smell. While having breakfast two staff were unpacking boxes/ cartons of supplies in front of coffee dispensers...filling cupboards with the items!! Took over 20 minutes...we had to either reach over the staff to get our coffee....or...wait until they moved away! Time 8..15 ...why couldnt the staff wait until Breakfast Room closed at 9..00am to do this unpacking of supplies...so noisey too! Someone not thinking!!

if you did not want to be bothered with cleaning staff and I thought the general noise was very quiet, definitely a comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was average, I have seen better basically I did not like the eggs, they seem to be very rubbery.

You know the saying you get what you paid for. The price was cheap which is good for the night. The rooms were clean bathroom could use Reno and front desk was friendly both in check in and check out.

The hotel is finishing a full renovation that is why I rated it this way. The rooms are done, but some of the rest is still to be finished. The room was very nice and clean. Exactly as the pictures show. We would return again.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed here and just booked for a 3rd time. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms are clean and breakfast was tasty. We travel to London to visit family couple of times per year and would stay here again

Stayed for 2 nights for a sport event both days we had no hot water. Not ideal. Two cold showers. No communication from front desk. Both times when we asked we were told they are working on it. Room for 3 consisted of a double bed with a pullout couch that was very springy. Asked to cancel the second night but said I can’t because I booked through Expedia. Called Expedia to be transferred to a different hotel in the area but was told it was out of working hours and could take 72 hrs for a response. Apparently I have a case opened. I would expect some compensation seeing as we could not have a proper shower all weekend

We are so sorry that there was no hot water. As soon as we found out we contacted Reliance as our boilers are rented from them. They came and explained that there was some maintenance needed and were doing their very best to get the parts and get the hot water restored. We understand how very frustrating this was for all of our guests.

Unfortunately we did not end up staying at the Comfort Inn. When we arrived, we were told that there was no hot water in the building. Comfort Inn had notified Expedia and we did get a heads up on the situation. The front desk was helpful and let us know that she would be calling Expedia to give us a full refund. The 3 stars only reflect a neutral response since N/A was not available.

The young lady at check-in was absolutely amazing. She was helpful, great conversation. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, the bathtub was dirty and stained, the walls were stained as well

The room was dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so so. Many of the food items were dry and overcooked. The sign at the front desk about vehicle thefts made me wonder if the area was safe. Perhaps more lighting in the parking areas would help clients feel more safe at night. I noticed there were some dark, unlit areas. If you want to save money, this is the hotel to stay at, but I don't think I will return.
