El hotel está muy bien decorado y actualizado. Se nota que es un hotel antiguo restaurado, el baño necesitaría una actualización. El único inconveniente fue que nuestra habitación estaba al lado del ascensor y se escuchaba todo el tiempo las subidas y bajadas, asi como el timbre del mismo

Posee una excelente ubicación para el turismo o si vas por trabajo a la City. Además es una zona muy segura. Las habitaciones son lo esperado: sencilas pero cómodas y limpias

Casi perfecto
Hemos reservado una habitación para 4 personas. Todo muy bien, la habitación de medida agradable tipo mini suite; la única nota negativa es que el sofá cama era bastante incómodo. La cama de matrimonio comodísima Algo q nos gusto mucho fue que a la llegada del ascensor en cada piso hay una fuente y unas botellas a rellenar, un buen detaille para quien quiera agua en la habitación pero no gasto extra en plástico

En general la estadía fue muy buena y agradable. El error fue que, a pesar que mi habitación estaba pagada, como llegue durante la madrugada , la habian dado a otro cliente y yo llegue al hotel sin tener donde alojarme

Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Rooms are small but comfortable. My only beef is the bed was too close to the wall which made it challenging getting out of bed and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. That's challenging for a guy. Complimentary coffee and cookies are good. Centrally located. There's a nice market across the street, Market St. Tube nearby, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, River Thames, monument dedicated to the fire of London in 1666, an incredible market right across the Tower Bridge and if you like Indian/Bangladesh food or into Jack the Ripper, the East End/Whitechapel is close. I would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay in London. Easy access to both the train station (Stansted Express), busses and Underground. It's in the Financial District so can be quite busy during the week but we found it very easy to get around and would stay here again.

Room was good, first one the heater wasn’t working properly but they switched us to another room where the heat was working perfectly. Very helpful staff and were able to call us a cab when needed

The hotel was well situated for our activities. It was well presented with large airy rooms. We were given an upgrade so had more space than we exoected. It would be nice to know yhat equipment is regularly checked as the hair dryer didn't work. Otherwise we were really pleased with our stay.

A good hotel in a great location.
I've stayed here a lot and it is wonderfully located and very comfortable. I think a lot of the rooms are in need of a bit of an update, especially the bathrooms but don't let that put you off. It's a good hotel that is often reasonably priced.

Excellent service, convenient City location
Excellent hotel convenient location for working in the City. Staff are obliging and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the quiet business lounge is a great place to touch down and take calls between client visits.
