Relativamente cerca
Esta ubicado cerca de Covent garden, a unas 10 cuadras, realmente si tienes q caminar, está un poco oscuro la calle donde está pero es seguro, sin muy atentos en el hotel y si tienes q pedir q t.li.pien la habitación, por q comentan q solo realizan cada 3 era día. En realidad es para estar tiempo corto, pero es.muy cómoda l cama 10/10 .

Conveniente y en buen estado
Excelente hotel muy bien ubicado y cerca de la estación de metro. Desayuno no es tan bueno es muy sencillo. Las habitaciones están bien aunque no tienen caja de seguridad. La limpieza la hacen cada tercer día aunque en mi caso no la hicieron a pesar de haberlo solicitado. Dejar las maletas en resguardo cuesta 5 libras por noche. En una de dos ocasiones me dieron la habitación antes de el check in lo cual fue muy bueno. Tienen servicio de agua en cada piso muy conveniente así como cafe en el lobby. El lobby es cómodo, hay salas para juntas así como sombrillas en préstamo. Algunas de las recepcionistas no son tan amigables (Corina por ejemplo). Volvería a hospedarme ahi por la conveniencia y ubicación del hotel.

We were given a subterranean basement room with no window. So no natural light. Noisy early in the morning. Hotel unable to provide another room. All in all disappointing. Would not recommend.

午前中に着いたので荷物だけ先預けようと思って行ったら、チェックインできますよ。と言ってくれました。ありがたかったです。一階にコーヒー紅茶あったので、着いたその日からくつろげました。部屋も明るくて広く公園が見えとてもくつろげました。またロンドン行ったら泊まりたいと思いました。

Very nice hotel for the money. Close to Holborn Underground Station and British Museum, and you can walk to Strand/Covent Garden/Leicester Square etc in 15 minutes. Very safe area.

We got a room with a slanted roof. Very uncomfortable and small for 2 people. We had no blackout curtains just a sheer curtain. There were pigeons lots of pigeons around our angled windows that crowed all night. We barely slept. Our thermostat didn’t work. We had to call front desk to reset everyday. Overall bad experience.

Good location close to tube stations and walkable to tourist areas and west end shows. Quiet (10th floor). Close to groceries and coops for snacks. Roasters Redemption coffee shop nearby for yummy baked goods. Downside is the bathroom sliding glass door. When light turned on during the night the entire hotel room lights up.

Comfortable and would stay again
Friendly staff greet you to walk you through the iPad check in, this didn't work so they had to check us in anyway but it was all done quickly. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfortable bed and plenty of room for you to work, or do yoga with the mat provided! There are free water dispensers on each floor with bottles provided, which was a nice touch and there are also free coffee making facilities in reception (and your room). This was a great hotel, very comfortable and would stay again.
