Arranged across four floors and connected by internal stairs, the home has four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Two are furnished with double beds, while the remaining two each feature a single bed with an additional trundle bed, allowing the property to sleep a total of eight guests comfortably. There are five bathrooms in total, including four with showers and one with a shower over the bath.

The interiors have a refined, design-led feel, combining pale timber floors, bespoke joinery, soft neutral tones and black-framed glass partitions. Carefully selected artwork and subtle accents of colour add warmth and individuality, while the bedrooms continue the understated aesthetic with fitted storage, natural materials and calm, restful finishes.

The open-plan kitchen and main living area forms the elegant heart of the home. Sleek handleless cabinetry, integrated lighting and a generous central island create a polished setting for cooking, dining and entertaining. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, and the home also benefits from its own washing machine and dryer.

Large glazed doors open directly onto a remarkable private garden oasis, where mature tropical planting, oversized banana leaves and lush greenery create an unexpectedly secluded retreat in the heart of Chiswick. A paved terrace and comfortable seating provide a beautiful setting for morning coffee, alfresco dining or relaxed evenings outdoors, while the seamless connection between the kitchen and garden gives the home an impressive sense of space and indoor-outdoor living.

The main living room is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating, a streamlined media wall and a contemporary fireplace feature. Chiswick is one of west London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, known for its leafy residential streets, village-like atmosphere and excellent independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Chiswick High Road and the streets surrounding Turnham Green are within easy reach, offering everything from boutiques and bakeries to stylish dining and lively neighbourhood pubs.

Guests can explore the historic Chiswick House and its beautiful landscaped gardens, browse the popular Chiswick Flower Market or take a scenic walk towards the Thames and Strand-on-the-Green. Kew Gardens and Richmond are also easily accessible, making the home a convenient base for enjoying some of west London’s finest green spaces and riverside settings.

The District line provides direct connections towards Hammersmith, Earl’s Court, South Kensington, Victoria and Westminster, as well as Kew Gardens and Richmond.

Chiswick Park Underground Station is approximately nine hundred metres away, around an eleven-minute walk. It is served by the District line, offering direct journeys towards Hammersmith, Earl’s Court, South Kensington, Victoria and Westminster, with westbound services towards Ealing Broadway.

Chiswick railway station is approximately one kilometre away, around a thirteen-to-fifteen-minute walk. South Western Railway services provide direct connections towards Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and London Waterloo, as well as Putney and Feltham.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
