    The apartment accommodates up to four guests and features two beautifully presented bedrooms and one bathroom with a bath and wall-mounted shower. Located on the second floor, the layout is thoughtfully arranged to maximise both space and light. The sleeping configuration includes one double bed and one queen-sized bed, making it ideal for families, friends, or business travellers.

    The living area is bright and airy, enhanced by large sash windows that fill the space with natural light. Elegant herringbone flooring runs throughout, complemented by carefully curated furnishings that balance comfort with understated sophistication. The fully integrated kitchen is sleek and modern, featuring high-quality fittings, seamless cabinetry, and everything needed for everyday living.     South Hampstead is a highly sought-after residential area known for its quiet, leafy streets and charming period architecture. It offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to the vibrant energy of North West London. Just a short walk away, Swiss Cottage provides a lively atmosphere with a range of cafés, shops, and cultural spots, including the Hampstead Theatre. West Hampstead is also nearby, offering a village-like feel with independent boutiques, artisan bakeries, and a fantastic selection of restaurants and pubs. Popular local spots include The Wet Fish Café, Sirous Steak & Ale, and The Black Lion, perfect for dining or a relaxed evening out. Hampstead Heath, one of London’s most iconic green spaces, is within easy reach and offers beautiful open landscapes, walking trails, and panoramic views across the city.

    The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

    Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

    This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

    Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
