Great location to the Kings Road, Hollywood Road and close to Hyde park & Battersea Park.

The flat has a king bed in the bedroom with skylights, and a sofabed in the living room (available on request), with a view towards the patio/garden.

The flat is modern, bright, quiet, well-insulated, and the sofa in the living room can be converted to a small double sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children (please see photos for size of sofabed). The flat is suitable for up to 4 guests, and is fully kitted out with TV, fast WiFi, all kitchen stuff, a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer and a washer/drier machine.

You can also enjoy the private patio/garden in the back :) The flat faces away from the street so it's pleasantly quiet. In addition, even though the flat is located on the lower ground floor, you can enjoy plenty of natural light due to the skylight windows. Please note, you will have to climb stairs - there are 7-8 steps down from street level.

The whole flat is yours! Guest must walk down stairs to get to the flat.

5-10 min walk to Earl's Court Station. You can also take the bus 328 and C3 to Earls Court station.
Not far from Victoria & Albert and National History Museum.
9 min walk to Chelsea Football Stadium.
Earl's Court and Fulham Road offer loads of shops, restaurants, cafes, etc.

Only 5 min walk to Earl's Court station, 25 mins commute to the main attractions in Central London, 9 min walk to Chelsea Football Stadium.

The standard cleaning fee for 2 guests includes linen and towels for 1 bed only - anything additional can be provided on request but will incur an extra charge of £25 to cover the extra linen costs.
