Amazon opportunity to stay at our 2 bedroom high-ceiling, artsy warehouse flat in Bethnal Green. Please don’t book if you don’t understand the design and you will leave a review that place needs renovation!



Great Location - 2 min walk to Central Line Underground.



Sleeps 5 people. 2 king-size beds, 1 single sofa bed in the living room (BUT NO curtains in the living room, living room can be bit noisy, we provide earplugs).

Bricklane> Walk 20 min



The Space:

Step into an inviting, open-plan living area with double-height ceilings, offering a bright, airy, and sophisticated atmosphere across the 80.63 m² apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor (you need to take 21 stairs).



The flat has concrete flooring, and that’s the style. If you don’t understand this style, please don’t book.



The 2-bedroom is a generous size and houses comfortable 2 king-size beds in each room, dressed with comfortable cotton bedding. Each room has a big wardrobe and storage. Both bedrooms will definitely guarantee you a restful night's sleep. Both rooms are built inside the apartment and they don’t have real windows.



Kitchen

The well-equipped kitchen includes a built-in fridge/freezer. The kitchen is in an open space with a living area and allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking utensils, oil, cookies, a coffee machine, a French press, and much more to feel at home.

We do not provide a microwave.



Living room and sofa bed

In the beautifully laid-out living area with nice art and big ceiling windows, you will find a comfortable sofa (also possibly to be used as a fifth bed). Important: if booking for 5 people, please make sure whoever sleeps on the sofa - there are no curtains for the night. We don’t have a TV!



In the living room, there is also a large dining table and a dedicated workstation that provides the convenience needed for remote work, allowing you to settle in comfortably whether you're visiting for business or leisure.



Bathroom

It comes with a toilet, sink, and a bathtub. There are also washing machines in the bathroom, making longer stays effortless.



Great location

Situated just steps away from Bethnal Green Underground (Central Line), you can travel across London with ease. Iconic spots like Liverpool Street, Oxford Circus, Hyde Park, and Notting Hill are minutes away. The Bethnal Green Overground station is also nearby, offering additional access across the city. Canary Wharf is also an easy 20-minute commute.



East London's renowned art galleries, bakeries, and cafes are right at your doorstep. On the weekend, enjoy a stroll around Victoria Park, Broadway Market, and Columbia Road, all within a short walk from the apartment.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire flat during their stay.

You need to take the stairs to get into the flat (21 stairs)



Please note that there is NO lift!



Other Things to Note:

Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid-stay cleaning).



Last-minute booking - check-in at 5pm (availability might vary and the house might be ready at 3pm already).



No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.



No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience, so we are very careful and want to know people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :)



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.



Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



Early check-in at 12:00, extra £30. Late check-out at 12:00, extra £30.



We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
