Muy buen hotel
Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel, es muy acogedor, son pocas habitaciones y esta muy bien ubicado. Tienes cerca una estación de metro, de big bus, cafeterías, Oxford Street y varias atracciones más. El personal de recepción me pareció un poco seco pero amable.

Muy buena atención de todo su personal, buen desayuno si bien no tiene variación, la habitación triple ajustada, pero similares a los europeos.habitación número 6 en planta baja Buena ubicación para trasladarse a las distintos lugares

Estancia agradable pero mejorable
El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación a 100 metros de la estación Baker Street y con varias paradas de autobuses que te dejan en los principales lugares turisticos. La habitación es normal con colchones y almohadas cómodas. El estado general del hotel requiere de alguna actualización pero aún así no está del todo mal. El desayuno es bastante pobre y te hacen pagar por el desayuno inglés. Por el precio de las que cobran podrían mejorar varios aspectos.

Acomodación perfecta para descubrir Londres. En barrio con mucha vida comercial además. La atención del personal del hotel fue simplemente perfecta en todo momento

We was in room 10 at the top of a stair case that was very noisy and creaky at night . The room was very small but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean . Breakfast was ok . No coffee machine working and I like coffee . Over all my stay was ok and would probably go back to the hotel again because of the location .

The hotel although small was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area is perfect as it right in the city centre just a short walk from Baker street underground station. The room we stayed in was small and basic but privided what we needed for the night. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

The room was so small and the bathroom was not quite clean enough. The sheets had lots of small stains. Not quite was I was anticipating from reviews and the price. Staff were very friendly though.

The service was exceptional. The room, while small, was PERFECT for me. And my favorite part was the incredible water pressure in the shower and the seemingly neverending hot water. Looking forward to returning!

A gem of a hotel
We love this hotel, the staff are always so friendly. Rooms are well maintained, clean and very well furnished. The location is perfect, in a lovely safe neighbourhood so close to the tube stations. The breakfast was great plenty of choice.

Nice small hotel close to Baker Street
Excellent small hotel with a family feel, right in the center of London. There was a problem with the heating in my room and I was immediately offered a similar room on another floor. Excellent breakfast, with really good coffee.

Look forward to returning
Staff very friendly upon arrival, offered a late check out and breakfast was really nice. Bedroom was comfortable with great tea and coffee facilities. Only minor negative was shower head needed cleaning. Look forward to returning, we loved our stay.

Beskidt hotel men god placering
Dejlig lokation. Vi kunne gå til alting på cirka 30 minutter og en metro 5 minutters gang derfra, som havde mange forbindelser. Dejligt område, masser sf shopping muligheder, barer og spisesteder. Sødt personale. Rengøringen var dog ringe. Der lå gammel chokolade under vores seng igennem hele opholdet. Derudover fandt vi hår og tånegle på gulvet, som ikke var vores og først blev fjernet da vi bad om det. Badeværelset var ikke så lækkert, afløbet var stoppet og der var mange småfluer.

Tremendous Hotel beautifully presented and superbly clean and tidy. The room was just what was required and was absolutely perfectly prepared. Breakfast was if I may mix my metaphors the icing on the cake

i stayed for work very good and nice to have nespresso in my room. Hotel staff sorted a small problem i had, they were very pleasant. If you want a hotel close to marylebone i would recommend.
