You need to book next time two apartments for 6 people. We can clean more times but you must pay for the golden service if you want it cleaned every day. Dear GuestYou have made so many complaints and yet you did not go to the reception even once to make any one complaint. The hot water comes continuously hot, if you change the setting and you must have learned it yourself. Secondly we had changed the shower silicone just before you checked in. There was no mould as you claimed. Thirdly, sheets had no such marks and we always use new linen if the old one get damaged by the guest. Finally we do allow pets in the hotel as we are pet friendly hotel and you can see before you book. You booked a small studio apartment and wanted a free upgrade. We would have given you free upgrade but we were fully booked. We have banned you from staying with us in the near future.Yours SincerelyManager
