Hello Trish, We do indeed clean all bathrooms daily - however, if they get messy in between our scheduled cleaning times (as can be the case with our larger dormitories) you can always come to find us at the reception - I can assure you that each and every one of us is more than happy to clean up any mess you encounter! The same goes for any issues you encounter during your stay with us - we are here 24/7 for the purpose of finding solutions for any problems encountered and we ask that you take full advantage of this while you are staying with us! Our intention is always to facilitate a pleasant experience for our guests.

Hello Shiho,Thank you for choosing to write a review regarding your stay. Yes, we do only host backpackers who are over the age of 18, but occasionally we do host school and tour groups, and we can't guarantee the age range of these groups. We do enforce a strict curfew and have a special set of rules for groups to ensure our guests feel as comfortable as possible, and we do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the groups.

All maintenance issues reported to reception are promptly handed over to our maintenance department. While we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us - I would like to point out that we have 2 large common areas for all of our guests to use - a lounge with netflix, piano, various instruments, sofas and work stations and -additionally - kitchen facilities merged with a dinning hall and mini lounge area.
