The hotel is great! Right next to the O2, for going to events there, the location is more than perfect. The pool and spa are also really nice.

Staff were really friendly and helpful but did not acknowledge any Expedia VIP benefits also didn’t really explain about using the facilities eg the pool.

This hotel is beautiful and the breakfast choice caters for everyone. Very convenient for the O2. We were unlucky that we arrived at the same time as a lot of candidates for a big conference so the reception area was very crowded. Also, our room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm

Amazing hotel, really clean, every member of staff was incredibly friendly. Unbelievably convenient for the O2. Great to arrive on a boat up the Thames too! Only slight downside was checking in. Granted I was extremely tired and a bit grumpy having walked around London all day but I found the receptionist asking too many questions re "signing up" for something and asking if I wanted to book for breakfast at £32 a head ! Definitely staying there again for any event at the O2 though.

Fabulous location for the O2, even have their own walkway to it. Rooms were excellent as were the staff.

The room was comfortable but extremely hot. Regardless of turning the temperature down, it made no difference. Very disappointing considering the price paid. Breakfast was chaos and again not what was expected. Dissapointed

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Initially we booked it because the location is Ideal for going to an event at The O2 and be able to be back in the safety of the hotel within about five minutes of the event finishing. Via a tunnel that links the two is super easy. However, the hotel also has a gym swimming pool and sauna and steam room so it’s really nice the next day to be able to chill out. We are Expedia Frequent Travellers so we were also given a free glass of wine and a room upgrade to a king size room overlooking the Thames with a stunning view. Also booked this year ahead, so the price wasn’t too high.

An amazing stay from start to finish. Offered an upgrade to a room with a view when first got there. Plenty of space in the room with all the facilities you would need. Staff very polite and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. One down side, no price list for minibar.

A fantastically licated hotel for the O2 and central London visits. Thd rooms are quiet, large and comfortable. What really stands out is the standard of care from the staff, truly excellent customer service.

Staff are amazing always very helpful and friendly. Hotel has great facilities and even own entrance to the o2 which saves walking right round outside. Lovly breakfast and the whole hotel gives you a feeling of luxury

I liked how close it was to the underground and the shopping place. I didn’t like how dirty the cups were in the breakfast area. The check in was clueless by the staff and don’t have good customer service on the reception. The food beverage provided good service nibbles with our drinks made our evening lovely. Also George and Raman on reception have been helpful. Other than overall service of the hotel is not up to standard. I wouldn’t be staying again, theres more better hotels and service to spend my money on.

Great hotel a bit pricey but well worth it
This was our room with an amazing view which Talat one of the guys who was on the reception there was kind enough to upgrade our room a very pleasant and helpful gentleman nice hotel right next door to the London 02 arena

The staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. The only thing that let the hotel down was the toilet seat in our room had not been cleaned from the previous guests and there was big red sequin pieces all over the carpet in the room and in the hallway, and a small gripe in that the toilet roll was cheap and thin, and the towels were hard and crisp when really they should be soft. It was a small let down on what I would say was a really nice place to stay. Fully recommend the breakfast it was so good, and the chef and staff were really friendly and very professional.

Well worth the ‘splurge’!
Lovely concert stopover - lounge access made a great package. Only niggle was the spa staff not being quite as welcoming as the rest of the staff we encountered. Room was excellent and bathroom had every amenity you could think of and hotels.com member extra was fab too!

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous room with great view. Ideal location as only a 5 minute walk to the O2, and mainly under cover so didn’t need to take a jacket. Comfy bed, and quiet so I slept well. Breakfast was delicious and loads to choose from. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back one day
