Schönes Haus und gepflegter Garten. Der Pool ist das Highlight, die Aussicht auf den See und die Berge, traumhaft. Im Haus und Küche ist alles wirklich was braucht. Wir haben selten so ein perfektes Ferienhaus gehabt. Inklusive Erstausstattung mit Wasser, Wein und Pasta. Massimo und seine Tochter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit . We cannot fault the Villa in any way. Lots of space, fantastic air conditioning, beautiful gardens and pool, and kitted out with everything you can think of. Massimo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including leaving us staples of food and drink, as well as gifts. We loved the area too.

We have had a wonderful week at Massimo’s villa. Beautiful house, gardens and pool with amazing views of Lake Garda. The house has everything you could need and more with Massimo thinking of everything that adds comfort and a touch of luxury. There’s a spot to find for everyone in the grounds to enjoy their stay. Super séjour dans une villa bien équipée et très propre au calme à quelques kilomètres de Desenzano. Massimo et sa fille Elisa son très agréables et serviables. lieux visités : Sirmione en journée et le soir , Au Nord Lago Ti Tenno et le village de Canale ( compter 1.5 hrs de route le long du lac de garde coté ouest) , visite de Vérone avec voyage en train ( 30 minutes ) depuis la gare de Desenzano , tout peut se faire à pied depuis la gare de Vérone ( colline et château San Petro, pont San Pietro, Piazza de l'Erbe , Arènes et Colisée ).......

Our stay at Villa Garden was a dream vacation for my husband, sister and adult children. Massimo and Elisa are the most thoughtful hosts-all our needs were anticipated and they are delightful to chat with. The lake and castle views from the gorgeous pool are awesome. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms all comfortable and private. There is plenty of room for everyone to find their favorite lounging spot. Lonato was a great base as the Desenzano train station is a few kilometers away and has regular, easy connections to Venice, Verona, Milan, Florence etc. The best part was after a long day or touring we had our own private oasis to come home to and relax while planning the next day's adventures.We highly recommend this beautiful property. Just perfect

First time in Italy and instantly fell in love with it and it’s wonderful people. Host and house were everything we hoped for and could not have been more helpful. Fabulous base to come back to after a day sight seeing with a dip in the pool and relax in the beautiful gardens with a glass of Prosecco and the Circada evening chorus. Just perfect.

Slice of heaven near lake Garda

Beautiful property near lake Garda. Quiet and private yet close to Desenzano, Sirmione and autostrada. Beautiful heated pool and full AC in every room. Host couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. Look forward to returning someday with my kids and grandchildren. Highly recommended.

Fantastische villa met verwarmd zwembad , dicht bij Gardameer

Je voelt direct dat Massimo,eigenaar je een leuk verblijf wil aanbieden, Duidelijke communicatie reeds bij reservatie en voor aankomst, eigenaar en dochter steeds bereid om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Hartelijke ontvangst en rondleiding door eigenaar , met zelfs drank en pasta . Prachtige villa , mooi onderhouden en met alle comfort. Best geschikt voor 2 koppels en 2 kinderen. . Overdekt terras voor ontbijt of diner. Mooie tuin en zonneterras rond verwarmd zwembad. Dicht bij Desenzona en rest van Gardameer. Fantastisch verblijf.

Fantastic property in a great location

We were a family of 6, 2 adults and four older teenagers. This property was fantastic. Comfortable beds, great pool and garden, spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Massimo looked after us really well, personally showing us round when we arrived. It’s a great property for teens/older children. The room in the loft has steep stairs from the bedrooms below and the teens loved it. The master bedroom has an en-suite and a balcony. The photos don’t do it justice. The location is just outside Lonato, a short drive (8 mins) from Desenzano del Garda. Fantastic view from the property down to Lake Garda. We loved the location, just a bit away from all the tourists but close enough to enjoy Lake Garda and all it has to offer. We would highly recommend this property.

Wir haben unvergessliche Ferien in einem sehr schönen und sehr gepflegten Haus verbracht. Der Pool mit der Aussicht auf den See war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Einrichtung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Massimo und seine Familie sind hervorragende Gastgeber und sind ständig bemüht, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Erstklassig!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Garden. Massimo war sehr charmant, hilfsbereit und bei jeder Frage direkt erreichbar. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und die Poolanlage natürlich das absolute Highlight des Hauses. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem abgegrenzten Wohngebiet mit einem tollen Blick auf den Gardasee! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder! 😃

Super Ferienhaus

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung durften wir 2 Wochen geniessen. Ruhige Stunden am Pool und ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter runden den Urlaub ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
