Nos gusto la limpieza pero quisimos usar la piscina y personas con música muy alta y haciendo mucho relajo como si hubieran estado tomando 😞

Muy mal servicio, la chapa de la puerta no servia y el cuarto olia a humo de cigarro, dado que dice no fumar, llame al personal y dijeron que harian algo a respecto y no lo hicieron, dice incluye desayuno; una comida pesima una bolsa de papel con una agua, una manzana y una barra, algo que dio hasta pena, ya que yo reparto comida a los homeless y es mejor.

Todo estaba super sucio, el baño lleno de orines a los alrededores y con pelo por todos lados, mala experiencia.

Estuvo bien.
Estuvimos una noche ya que estabamos de pasada. Si bien se escuchan las habitaciones linderas, en general estuvo mas que aceptable.

Por favor fumiguen bien, sobre todo en tiempos de calor, revisen bien los tapones de las bañeras para evitar que no se atasque. Lo siento por esto, pero el lugar está bien.

El personal de recepcion fatal. Una persona no quiso habar con nosotros y solo nos señalo a una muchacha que estaba con el, se suponia que estaba muy ocupado, pero lo unico que estaba haciendo era poniendo a todas las llamadas que recibia en " hold". La muchacha hablaba tan rapido que no se le entendia nada, parecia un anuncio de medicinas que al final dice todos efectos secundarios a una velocidad increible. El desayuno fatal tambien.

I chose this place because it has a hot tub and more than average breakfast. The food was good, waffles, yogurt, cereals, toast, eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy. HOWEVER I was really bothered by the fact that the hot tub was cold and not running and no one bothers to let me know when I checked in. Another big problem was that the card keys didn’t work most of the time and no I didn’t demagnetize them by putting them next to my phone. It was really a struggle getting in through the main door and our room.

The main thing I would like to share is that the hotel itself was very clean as were the rooms. Staff very friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Oh and great breakfast too.

Although the guests below me were noisy, this was made up for by the extremely accomidating front office staff. They were able to move my room to a corner, the hotel let me do late check out, and the house keepers were super respectful

The room was in terrible disrepair, and the building was falling apart. It was clean, kind of.. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful.

The property is dated, but absolutely 5 stars for excellent customer service. We drove up to see the rocket launch. When I called at 10pm to see if someone would be at the front desk when we arrived at 1am, the lady on the phone was cheerful and assured us no problem. When we arrived there was a man at the desk. He was an absolute pleasure to interact with- giving us maps and guidance on where best to see the rocket take off from Vandenberg. He was awesome. The room was fine, no neighbors. Super convenient hotel location to getting around. Just a cool little Inn at an affordable price with people that are helpful and kind.

The continental breakfast was great mostly due to the lady who kept the area clean and well-stocked and had a very pleasant personality. She was the highlight of the stay!

Nice affordable getaway
Everyone we encountered was so friendly and courteous. The location is great for seeing local wineries, and it is nice to start the day with a hot breakfast. Glad we found this location.
