"Host was good with communication and was generous with pet policy (we had 3 cats). In unexpectedly cold weather for the region, he offered space heaters and alternatives if power went out. House was a good size for our needs and easy to find. There was some loud music next door several evenings, but neighbors nodded and said hello if we passed them."

"The pool unfortunately the pollen was overwhelming. Even though the owners did everything possible to keep it clean..nature was just too overwhelming! Minutes after cleaning a heavy load of pollen would reaapear? too much for even the cleaning tool! For context...even my car changes colors due to the "pollen snow"! But we appreciate everything they did to enable us to use it."

"Pros: really soft and comfy beds, plenty of towels (found in the dryer), large TV in living room, washer and dryer in unitCons: didn’t receive code for front door until I called the owner 5x (voicemail was full) and messaged VRBO asking for it on Friday night when we arrived. He called back Sunday to see why we called. Paint was peeling on walls. It definitely wasn’t cleaned properly before we checked in (clothing stickers on the walls and tinsel all over the floor). Front screen door was broken...
