The home was very clean and peaceful with nice little click-clacks of the amish buggies going by every once in a while. We will definitely be going back! "This site is an absolute Jem!! Was there Oct31 to Nov3. was easy to park and the Barn was amazing!! Ben the host was accommodating and very helpful. The grounds were immaculate and the fire ring and chairs made for an amazing view of the night sky!! Not far from Penn State also. Lots of cool things locally. Eagle State park was awesome. This place is a no brainier for any one who has an RV. Our 27 foot travel trailer fit with a lot of room to spare. If you like quiet this is the spot. Also just...

"We had n enjoyable moms getaway in this adorable cabin in the woods. We made burgers on the grill and ate on the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed. The next day we walked the rails to trails to the train tunnel, went tubing on Penns Creek and had dinner at the Rusty Rail. We had a fun time!"

"Our stay at the Chestnut Loft was exactly what we wanted it to be: quiet, comfortable, clean, relaxing, and easy to get to. The hosts were easy to contact and responded quickly.
