Perfect location, and great property. Extremely cozy and welcoming, and way above in the thoughtfulness department. They really thought about who would be staying and made sure to make everybody comfortable. Looking forward to going back.

Relaxing Sat in the Quiet of Hocking Hills

We found the cabin to be clean and tidy. Check in was super easy. Beds were comfy, hot tub was got and relaxing, kitchen was stocked well. Fireplace did not light the 1st night there. A quick text, a phone call from the maintenance guy to try to help us light the pilot and still nothing. Dave the maintenance guy came and fixed it while we were out the next day. It worked beautifully after that. Did not us from enjoying the cabin. Note, the bathroom is on the 2nd floor and the steps are a bit steep. We had a wonderful time. Valentine Getaway

My wife was genuinely surprised when we pulled into the driveway of the cabin. She was thrilled with the cleanliness and cozyness of the cabin. The hot tub was the highlight of the evening. We plan to come back sometime during warm weather to enjoy hiking in the surrounding area.

Cute little property. Beautiful area. Not too far from the area attractions. Nice hot tub and fire pit. Nicely stocked kitchen. Very clean. The one bedroom is also where the only bathroom is. Wasn’t an issue for our stay. Would stay there again.

Wonderful!!!!

A lovely stay at a beautiful cabin. Everything was beautifully clean. The hot tub was the main prize of this place for us. We even got a light snow to be able to enjoy the hot tub. Everything was in perfect working order, and our host was extremely gracious and helpful.

Very clean!

The Homestead was VERY clean and had everything we needed for our little family. We enjoyed the privacy of the cabin and had a great time on the back porch, fire ring and hot tub. Cell reception was poor in the area but the wifi worked great.

Quiet Cabin out of town

Cute little cabin out of town. Very well stocked and well managed. Space was a bit tight but okay for our family of four. About 20-40 minute drive to most popular hiking areas. Hot tub was clean and very nice. Only complaint was the charge for charcoal and firewood.

Exactly as adevertised

Overall, the cabin was great. He property was quiet, well maintained and secluded. It's perfect for a couple. As everyone else has noted, the stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit steep and would be a challenge for anyone with restrictions. The only bathroom was upstairs as well. We spent a very quiet, enjoyable weekend at the Homestead cabin

Nice Weekend Away

We loved staying here! Our only complaint was that the stairs were steeper and less deep than typical stairs and that took some getting used to. The hot tub also has a step down immediately after the steps and my husband tripped on that. However, the place was clean and the books, movies and games provided were a nice touch. We loved the fireplace and enjoyed the clean hot tub! We would love to stay here again!

We had purchased the heavenly package and it was everything it said it would be and more. It was exactly what we needed, the hot tub was amazing but our favorite part was the stash of old board games under the stairs. The only conplaint is that we couldnt have stayed longer. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had.
