The heart of the home is a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that brings everyone together. The dining table seats 8 guests, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. Multiple outdoor porches provide even more space to relax, dine, and take in the mountain scenery. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals for your group, from cookware and utensils to complimentary Keurig coffee and fresh linens.

The main level features a King Suite with a private full bathroom, along with two bunk rooms furnished with Queen-over-Queen bunks, accommodating up to 8 additional guests. One bunk room is thoughtfully stocked with children's books, toys, and games, making it a favorite for younger travelers.

Downstairs, the entertainment level offers something for everyone. Enjoy movie nights in the private theater featuring two oversized king pull-out sofas (note: pull-outs do not include mattresses), a cocktail bar, and a nostalgic popcorn machine. Challenge friends and family in the game room with Pac-Man, Mortal Kombat, billiards, and darts.

Also on the lower level are two additional bedrooms: a spacious bedroom with two King beds and a dedicated workspace, plus a Queen bedroom. A full bathroom serves this level.

Just beyond the entertainment area, you'll find a bright and inviting sunroom featuring comfortable lounge seating, a TV, dining space, yard games, and a telescope for enjoying clear mountain nights and stargazing.

With 5 bedrooms plus additional sleeping spaces, Fern & Foundry comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests.

Step outside to discover one of the property's most memorable features: a private outdoor wellness retreat complete with a 7-person hot tub and 4-person barrel sauna overlooking the wooded hillside. During the warmer months (April–November), guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool, creating the perfect setting for relaxation, connection, and outdoor fun.
