Femo in the thatched roof paradise of Kölpinsee

Our holiday apartment "Femo" is located on the ground floor of our new thatched-roof semi-detached house.

The modernly furnished apartment offers 70 square meters of living space, including two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm) and wardrobes, a living and dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace.

The spacious and bright living and dining area with an adjoining, fully equipped kitchen is furnished in a modern style.

The large, south-east facing terrace is directly accessible from the living area or the kitchen. Here you can enjoy the sun from morning till evening with a coffee or a cold drink. Even in rainy weather, you can sit outside under the covered terrace.

A parking space on the property is included with the apartment.
