The property was beautiful and clean. Bedrooms on the first level were spacious and beds very comfortable (mattresses were supportive/firm). There were room AC units (on top of central air) for very comfortable sleeping. The deck and side porch were lovely to sit on & there is a dock with easy lake access (the lake was so clear!). Communication with the host was outstanding! Peaceful community with a lovely walking path and so many amenities!! Easy drive into Fredericksburg, so much history to explore near by! Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed this property for the weekend stay while we were attending a family funeral and wanted 'together' time with our adult kids. It was a PERFECT relaxing setting. We enjoyed the large dining area and enjoyed having meals together - and plenty of room for everyone!!! The setting was very quiet and sleep was plentiful!

We were there to celebrate my best friends end of life. The party at the boat club was excellent. Our whole gathering was very beautiful. The rental was exactly what we needed at the time. Thank you for extending your hospitality.

Amazing Place

Amazing place! We jave 4 small girls and my family lives in the area so for a place to stay at that had everything toddlers need, as well as teens as the grow older....beds galore...you are supposed to be outside here, so be outisde and enjoy the natural buty

Fantastic place to unwind

My partner and I do not often have the opportunity to "get away" due to conflicting schedules, however we were lucky enough to book a short stay on this property and I couldn't have been happier with our choice. The house was clean and spacious and the owners provided tons of amenities like towels, sheets, and kitchen tools which meant I didn't have to pack anything other than my personal belongings. We even received a goodie basket with snacks and coffee pods.The owner was very prompt in responding to my messages before and during our stay and the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed exploring the beaches in the neighborhood and hanging out on the dock and watching nature. It was very therapeutic. If you are looking for a place to unplug, this is a fantatic spot.

Enjoyable second stay!

Our family of 13 enjoyed our second stay in "Paradise Found." It's in such a picturesque setting in a cove area of the lake. Quiet and peaceful. The house is as pictured. Nothing fancy but clean and spacious and just what we needed. We made a couple of suggestions to the owner, who graciously responded. If we don't rent her other larger home next year for an annual event in Culpeper, we hope to stay in Paradise Found again! It feels like home away from home!

Overall very good

My group of guys stayed for a golf weekend, the area was great, and the courses nearby were fun. The house was nice and the beds were comfy. The neighborhood was well appointed, and had some really nice amenities (like super awesome pickle ball and tennis courts and a nice walking trail) We did have a few electrical issues that caused some issues with the wifi and TV, but we were able to work through it. If you are arriving at night, bring a flashlight as it is very dark and can be hard to find the lockbox with the keys. Patricia was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Excellent stay!

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this clean home nestled in the trees on the lake. The 2 bedrooms downstairs are very spacious, and the 2 rooms upstairs were perfect for kids to crash in! The kitchen was very well stocked. The water out of the refrigerator was great. The bathrooms were also well stocked with toilet paper, towels, wash cloths, and even some shower soaps. The only trouble we had getting there was that our GPS took us to the back gate the first night, which did not have a guard shack. Therefore, we did not have access to get through. We then discovered what GPS had done and found our way to the front gate which had the guard shack. We were able to get checked in properly and drive through the gate. So, be sure GPS does not take you to the back gate! We definitely plan to go back and enjoy "Paradise Found" again!

Perfect Wedding Weekend Stay

When my partner and I first saw this location, we were in love with it. We had trouble booking through another platform at first but Tricia was extremely responsive and helped us book easily after some complications. Communication was impeccable and it made our wedding weekend go so much smoother. Overall, the property is beautiful, the view is beautiful, and I could not recommend booking this place more. We are hoping to book again in the future.

Wonderful stay

The house was perfect for multiple families. All the rooms have king beds. The clubhouse beach and being right on the water was perfect with young kids. Owner was easy to reach and checked in with us. We would definitely stay again!
