"We recently stayed at this incredible property in Bournemouth as a family group of 14, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house is extremely spacious with fantastic communal areas that made it perfect for entertaining and spending quality time together.One of the standout features was the amazing pool area—luckily, we had sunny weather all weekend and were able to make full use of it. "The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"We decided to try something new instead of hotel so booked the yacht. Great experience. Marina and boat were lovely. Lots of restaurants and easy to walk around and explore. Steve and Miros went over and above to make sure our stay was great and even picked us up from cruise port and drove us to airport hotel the next day. Would highly recommend . "

"Very easy to speak with the owners of the boats and boat was spotless with a lovely welcome basket. The wash facilities in the marina were 5* and the views on the boat take any stress away. We were a party of 2 and it felt enough for below deck as the room definitely is up top. The restaurant in marina is fabulous and so are their cocktails"
