"3rd time this year visiting this bungalow and loved it each time. Only suggestion was to get a larger tv as we are 84 and 81 and enjoy tv . Cannot read the one they have nor see the picture very good. Being handicaped seeing and hearing at our age is important. Just a bit bigger screen would be great. Our little getaway from home on the water. It was fun."

"Thank you once again Kay for hosting my family and I! We felt right at home and my children really enjoyed the front and backyard. They took advantage of the piano as well such a beautiful touch to this comfy place. Overall we felt safe and Kay was available for anything we needed. "Delightful stay at the Lovely House in Lodi! The house was immaculate and easy to keep that way. Excellent kitchen appliances although we ate out mostly so didn’t use them. Cooking would be very easy in that kitchen though! Comfortable lounge seating. Bedrooms and baths easily accommodated our group of 5. The residential area was nice and there’s a Walmart within walking distance. We loved it and can hopefully return next year. You wouldn’t regret booking this VRBO. "

"Stay was great...friendly staff...only complaint is, for us boaters...boat launch and dock needs to be widened,..it's very narrow and makes it tough to put boat in and out...talked to others that had same complaints and said they may not return...also would be nice to have a water spicket in that area a ways after the ramp to hook up a hose and wash off all the muck that collects there at the ramp pulling out the boat..it was rediculously awful...had to go to car wash after to pressure wash it...

"Great safe location, close to everything . Only issues- it smelled like cigarettes, kitchen could’ve been cleaner, and little counter space taken over by decor. Apartment was great for one person or a couple. Host was very communicative and accommodating to my late check in."

"Great hosts and great communication whenever I needed something (e.g. front door system was malfunctioning and only worked with a key and the owner did drive some distance to help me get into the property when I forgot the key inside). I have to comment on of a few things: my room needed some vacuuming as there were spider webs in the corners of the room on my arrival. The kitchen had some small roaches and the owners are aware but they said it was a neighborhood issue because of the nearby...
