On the ground floor, a large and luminous living and dining room welcomes you with a decorative open-hearth fireplace and a flat screen television with access to international channels. The fully open kitchen is generously sized and directly connected to the living area, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the coffee machine (Delizio) are available as an extra. Both the living area and the kitchen offer direct access to the terrace and the garden, all benefiting from a south or south-east facing orientation. The upper floor hosts 1 bedroom configured with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 open room with 2 pull-out beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and equipped with a fan. The property features 1 bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, a WC, and a double hand-basin. Underfloor heating is installed throughout both floors of the property.
