"The “Sand In My Boots” house was perfect for our family. It slept our family of 8 very comfortably with three great bedrooms and a pullout couch and two full bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were great and offered everything we needed when not out exploring Beaufort and the surrounding areas. Our kids loved the huge backyard with swings and games. "This property was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and equipped with the essentials you need. My family and I enjoyed the fact that everything was in close distance. We especially enjoy this house because of the space, and it's not to far from Hunting Island beach, which we came to enjoy. We would definitely booked it for our next trip. "

"Conveniently located to all the favorite places in Beaufort, restaurants and Hunting Island. Easy parking for those traveling with a boat. Accommodations were comfortable for 2-3 people. Although it could sleep 6, seating for eating is limited to 2, and living room is small, seating 4. However, I did not come to lounge at the home, so for the price and location, all needs were met and exceeded expectations. Very clean and they allow pets! "

"This clean, surprisingly spacious home is peaceful and private, tucked back in the trees behind a handful of mobile homes that the owners are lovingly renovating for future guests. It is just a few minutes' drive from the beautiful historic town of Beaufort (make sure to eat breakfast/lunch at Low Country Produce Market while you're there - excellent food and atmosphere!). The owner was very friendly and communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed."

"If I could give this property a -1 I would. When we arrived, the grass had not been cut in weeks. Weeds by the front door were over 4 feet high. Dried leaves were all over the back porch. Halloween stickers were on the living room windows. I'm talking haunted house and bats! A receptacle in the kitchen was hanging out of the wall. Light bulbs were missing all over the house. The master bath had a 4-bulb fixture with only one bulb. One bedroom should show only suitable for small children...
