"Great room, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. 100% would stay again"

"Wonderful stay! Accommodation was very clean, well equipped and lovely and warm after a day walking in the rain! Food was great and staff very attentive. Wonderful views, very peaceful and the cabana was a bit different which the kids loved especially going up the ladder to bed."

"Amazing view of mountains from room windows, convenient location to reach Snowdonia, Holyhead and many more places to discover North Wales"

"Both the town, restaurant, and stay were amazing! Very friendly people!"

"Very hospitable staff. Delicious food. Very comfortable room; good value for money and perfect for a short break. I would definitely come back."

"The people here were very kind and helpful, I would recommend to anyone staying in Porthmadog!"

"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! "Lovely property in stunning location with lovely touches-Prosecco, cake, “emergency meal”, etc My only problem was in terms of getting information about access/key. I think this was because I booked through Hotels.com and the property is principally let through Sykes Cottages so I don’t think anyone would have sent me access information if I hadn’t badgered! Once I got the information it was very straightforward."

"Excelente el cuarto número 7, muy buena atencion, amabilidad y profesionalismo."

"Clean room safe location to park a bike"

"Brilliant rural location, but also close to bus and train stops. The final direction to go down the narrow road that says farm only would be helpful. One bedroom is accessed via the single room, which I didn't pick up from the listing. Comfortable, rural house, very friendly and helpful owners. The beautiful beach is about 40 mins walk. The coast bus is ideal for walking from the neighborouing villages up rivers to see waterfalls, and onto hill moorland."

"What else can I say, this place was brilliant. A great place to stay for a family of four. We only stayed 2 nights but has everything you need. We will definitely stay again and for longer."

"Excellent service, lovely views "

"Beautiful property, spotlessly clean. Everything we needed for our weekend stay. We were a group of 8 people and it was perfect. Plenty of room for us all and we all said that we would happily stay there again."

"Beautiful house, finished to a very high standard throughout. Spacious rooms and amazing views. "
