Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir sind zu zehnt dort gewesen und der Pool war das absolute Highlight. Es gibt auch einen Grill. Man läuft nur 3 Minuten zur gegenüberliegenden Bucht. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurde nichts erklärt etc., sondern nur die Schlüssel ubergeben. In einem Schlafzimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, aber ansonsten war alles super

Das Haus ist sehr abgewohnt. Schon wenn man die Türe öffnet riecht es muffig. Im Wohnbereich gibt es keine Klimaanlage, auch keinerlei Ventilatoren. Eine Klimaanlage hat überhaupt nicht gekühlt. Ein Bad und die Küche wurden in den letzten Jahren saniert, der Rest ist Standard 1990. Völlig abgenutzte dreckige Lounge Möbel und Überdachung. Treppe zum Strand nicht begehbar. Es gibt keinen Safe. Im Haus selbst Ungeziefer. Zu erwähnen ist, der Pool ist Weltklasse und die Aussicht ebenfalls. Das Haus hätte ein Riesenpotential!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool is a dream. Things you should know: the place needs a bit of work. There are broken flooring tile, needs paint, could have been cleaned better outside before our stay. We had to have the a/c unit fixed but it looks like it had been leaking for a while (moldy damage). Overall, it was just the snarky feedback I got that wasn’t appreciated but all in all, attentive to what we needed.

Wundervoll

Wir waren Sechs Personen und hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit. Die Lage des Hauses und der sehr große Pool haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir weniger mit dem Mietwagen die Insel erkundet haben sogar zur nahe gelegenen Traumbucht von Cala Pi sind wir nur einmal, weil es so schön am Haus war

Ankunft gut Keine persönliche Übergabe Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber schöne Lage und toller Pool Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer top, wenn benötigt👍 Hier kann man für den Preis nicht mehr erwarten, andere Objekte in der Lage und Größe kosten mehr, deshalb sind Mängel völlig akzeptabel

Einfach Klasse!

Wir waren eine Gruppe junger Erwachsener und haben hier eine Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich toll gelegen, super ausgestattet und sauber. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen!

Super Außengelände, überragender Pool

Wir waren zu 8 Personen im Haus (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer in 2 Schlafzimmern sind wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Gemessen am Mietpreis für die Woche sollte hier m.E. mal investiert werden. Ansonsten wirklich tolles Haus, super Lage, schöner Ort. Man sollte ein Auto für die Zeit buchen. Es ist nicht so viel im Ort

En riktig pärla!

Läget och utemiljön är något alldeles extra. Poolen var stor och med bra djup. Spisen funkade lite sisådär och det var kanske inte tipptopp invändigt men för oss var denna veckan en riktigt fullträff!!! Hit återvänder vi väldigt gärna!

Familienurlaub

Diese Finka ist echt toll. Als Familie hat man alles was man sich wünscht. Kurze Fußwege zum Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurant. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Ein paar Dinge sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten vielleicht mal renoviert werden.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. der Pool mit der Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn, wir haben den Aufenthalt mit der Familie (6 Erwachsenen) sehr genossen. Wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen. Top!!

Fantastic

Just had a fantastic week at the villa , the location was perfect and the views to wake up to every morning were amazing . The villa had everything u could possibly want and Aris the owner even provided a cot and high chair. The pool and outside areas were great and maybe there are a few aspects of the villa that are looking a little tired it certainly doesnt stop it being a great place to go

Maison avec vue époustouflante

Une semaine idyllique en famille, grâce à un extérieur incroyable. Piscine à débordement superbe avec vue mer. Maison très bien équipée & très propre. Crique & plage à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la maison. Commerces à proximité de la maison. Hâte d’y retourner.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in der Finca. Die Lage und der große Pool waren einfach perfekt. Allerdings ging in der ersten Nacht die Alarmanlage los, und wir mussten erst einmal gucken wie wir die wieder ausschalten konnten. Das beste am Haus ist der große Pool der auch während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt wurde. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt der außer Grillfleisch alles im Sortiment hatte. Morgens konnten wir hier frisches Baguette und Croissant kaufen. Die kleine Bucht war auch sehr schön, aber unsere Schnorchel Ausrüstung würde ich nicht noch einmal mitnehmen. Wir haben bei Marvic Scooter uns Roller gemietet und sind in die Berge gefahren, das war einer unser schönsten Tage. Mit dem Bus kam man auch nach Arenal fahren, und mit einmal umsteigen auch zum Flughafen. Am Haus gibt es noch eine Treppe im Garten aber ohne direkten Meerzugang. Es waren genügend Liegestühle vorhanden, die Schlafzimmer verfügen alle über eine Klimaanlage und die Betten waren sehr bequem. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, es war auch Salz, Reiniger Tabs, Balsamico etc vorhanden. Lediglich Handtücher für den Strand muss man selber mitbringen. Es gibt fussläufig diverse Restaurants, da gibt es genug Auswahl. Fazit eine wirklich tolle Finca, mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und geben 6/6 Sternen

Ein Haus mit Charme, ein toller Garten und ein phantastischer Pool mit einem unbezahlbaren Ausblick. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und haben den Aufenthalt jede Minute genossen.

Grosses Haus mit super Pool und traumhaften Ausblick!

Super gelegenes Haus mit traumhaften Pool! Schöner Garten mit genügend liegemöglichkeiten und von aussen nicht einsehbar. Zimmer gross und hell, gute Matratzen! Küche alles vorhanden für genügend Personen. Bäder etwas klein und älter. Waren rund um zufrieden!

Stunning views but with many things to fix

We stayed at this house in September 2022, and it was certainly something special. But not always in a good way. Before we even arrived at the house, we were supposed to contact a phone number provided by in the mail. However, the person did not respond to any text or calls. We only got into the house since the doors were open. Again we were not informed about it. The person only responded when asked about the Wi-Fi password and the alarm, to which they responded not very friendly via text message Another minor thing was that we did expect 6 bathrooms, like the website suggested, but that is an easy fix. The bathrooms itself were not very clean and one of the shower curtains was actually moldy upon arrival. Many other things were also broken, such as one of the wheels for the dishwasher for example. In general, the house had signs of much usage. The overall cleanliness was also not the best, and we had little to no options to clean ourselves, as there were no brooms (or at least we couldn't find them) and the vacuum cleaner was full and in need of a new bag. The property itself was in the cute town of Cala Pi, with shops and a little beach around the corner. But it was in need of a good cleans as well. There was trash beside the gate that was there when we arrived and still when we left, which was not very nice to look at. The pool was cleaned twice, or at least the filter was cleaned. The pool was very nice and super big, but deeper than expected, at least 1.85 m at the far end. Otherwise, the house itself had a stunning view, probably one of the best ones we've had on the island so far. Also, convenient was the fact that there was enough space for at least two cars on the property, as the street parking was always full. The kitchen also had everything anyone might need, from pots and pans to enough plates to feed a football team. Overall, the house definitely lives off the views and the pool as the rest was not very satisfying.

Spectacular!

This Amazing property in Cala Pi was nothing short of Spectacular! There are no words grand enough to describe the view - from the large beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean, or from any one of the 3 cliff side decks on this stunning property. Note: the morning sunrise is a Must See to Believe! Our family group of 6 adults were able to enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces with plenty of room to spare. One of Spain’s top 10 beaches- Cala Pi- was also a site to behold and an easy 3 minute walk from our ‘own little paradise’. The hotel grocery shop across the street had everything needed to stock the well appointed kitchen (including delicious fresh bread, croissants & pastries). The surrounding restaurants provided options from delicious pizzas to fine dining fare including fresh caught seafood and Spain’s famous Paella!! Our only disappointment with the entire experience was the fact that these local restaurant kitchens closed surprisingly early - so dinner time/planning was required. We were happy to have the private & secured parking spaces on the property as road spaces were limited. Having a car available for day trips to Palma and other beautiful beaches and calas was great, although there did seem a steady stream of taxis to/from the neighbouring hotel if needed. We can’t wait to return to this exceptional property and hope to make it an annual experience!

Perfekte Unterkunft und Lage :)

Ausstattung, Infinity Pool, Küche und Schlafzimmer perfekt. Unkomplizierter Check-in und freundliche Haushälterin :). --> zu Empfehlen!
