Nice but needs maintenance
Nice property, great location, fantastic pool. Unfortunately there are two issues with the property that downgraded it to an overall rating of three stars:
1) the property is in desperate need of maintenance. You can clearly see it was fantastic when new and could be again, however it hasn’t really been maintained very well at all and it’s not really finished off (there are wires in the closet (and other areas of the house) as an example, or some doors won’t open as they’re frozen shut, it has a nice “window” into the pool, but this is in a completely unfinished basement, not ever air conditioning unit works)
2) there are far too many ants inside the house. There hasn’t been much done (see point 1) to close the gaps, holes through which the ants enter the house. This was especially true in the kitchen which you really don’t want.
Having said the above the house was very clean and the host was super friendly. I think this place could be amazing if a little bit of money was spent to bring it back to looking like it does in the photos on this site.
