An external staircase leads to a spacious studio on the upper floor, which offers three further bedrooms and another bathroom with a bathtub. The 7,000 m² plot of this farmhouse is located around 6 km west of Llucmajor in the south of Mallorca. Llucmajor offers good shopping facilities. Some very beautiful beaches can be reached quickly from Son Antem, and there is a golf course and a spa nearby. The island's capital Palma can be reached in just 20 minutes via the motorway, which is around 100 m away.



Electricity, air conditioning and heating are included in the rental price, subject to reasonable consumption. In the rare event that this amount is exceeded, you will have to pay money into the unit.
