We have renovated the Villa "El Capitano" from scratch.

The villa is located on a 1450 sqm plot on the scenic south coast of Mallorca directly on the cliffs of Cala Pi in the first sea line.

You will be amazed by the wonderful 180 degree view of the sea and the island of Cabrera.

Enjoy the sunset on the sun swing between Mediterranean columns.

The beautiful bay with crystal clear water, restaurants and also the small supermarket can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

A beautiful, tropical, spacious, Mediterranean garden with cacti, oranges, figs, lemon trees and many other Mediterranean plants has been created around the house.

You will also be delighted by the large pool (16x4m) with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cabrera and an outdoor shower for private use. Safe access is via wide steps that lead to a bench.
(An emergency swimming ring is located by the pool)

You can relax on teak loungers with comfortable lounger cushions

El Capitano can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
In total, Villa Capitano has 220sqm of living space and 280sqm of usable terrace space; for cooler evenings in the pre-/post-season, we are happy to provide you with a decorative gas heater.

During the renovation, attention was always paid to quality and branded products from Zeyko, Duravit, Hansgrohe, Kare were used.

In order to be able to use the house all year round, an oil heating system, air conditioning and ceiling fans were installed on both floors.

Two bicycles are now available for you in the "El Capitano" so that you can easily pick up your bread rolls from the supermarket in the morning. A pool heater is available so that you can also enjoy the beautiful large pool in the pre- and post-season. This enables us to maintain a water temperature of around 24-26 degrees in the large pool in the pre- and post-season. (for an additional charge of 75 euros per day of vacation) When using the pool heater, it makes sense to cover the pool with a film in the cooler seasons so that the temperature does not drop too much overnight. This would have to be done by the tenant themselves. If you would like this pool heater, please reserve it by email at least

A deposit of EUR 500.- in CASH is due upon arrival, if there are no complaints you will receive this back from our team upon departure.
