"How was clean enough, it was a little dusty in a few areas. Kitchen could use a deeper cleaning. Parking was behind the home which is good! AC worked great! Area of location is wonderful lots of restaurants and HEB is across the street. Felt safe at night, it was a gated community."

"Love this cozy place. Very clean and had everything I needed. It was upstairs and the steps were kind of steep so if you have bad knees or struggle with steps, I would avoid. Also, I was not a huge fan with having to park my car on the street. That being said, there was a street light near so that was comforting. Also, I saw several people walking with pets at night so that told me the neighborhood was safe.The location was fairly close to downtown and very close to Trinity University. Overall I...

"Heating and Air was just fine. Great location for shopping and bar-hoping. Was here to see a couple of members of the Texas Jam Band at the 11th St. Cowboy Bar, and all was Great! Will be coming back for more!"
