"Only stayed there one night so can’t really comment on the amenities as I didn’t use them. I was staying on the 21st floor which in itself wasn’t an issue but when you get back from a night out and large party of people are waiting for the lifts of which there are 2 it took a good 10 minutes or so to get to my room. "As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. "

"The Room was clean and tidy but the whole property is looking tired and in desperate need of being modernised. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was OK. There was a bar but the beer taps had a black bin bag thrown over them which did not look good. Walls to the rooms were thin so you could hear those in the adjoining rooms. Adequate parking if you are used to slopes!"

"This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted.
