"We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. Continental breakfast was served promptly at 8 am and the addition of fresh strawberries and blueberries was a definite plus!
Check in / check out was swift and efficient.

"Ideal central location in the middle of Bala High Street.
Not enough parking on site. Small car park (at the rear) already full of people drinking at the pub, so had to park on street instead.
Not enough staff available so had to wait a little to check in.
Room was decent. Plenty of space with a nice modern bathroom suite and shower. Relatively quiet on the third floor, but quite a journey up three levels on an old staircase.

"Best bed for us on this trip. Also only host to provide a shower cap. A room on the other side of the building would have been excellent but unfortunately we were assigned a room next to the Main Street and had a sleepless night due to the traffic noise."

The staff could not do enough for you they were all very friendly and happy, we ate at the yak and yeti three nights in a row as the food was absolutely delicious the flavours were out of this world there was alot of choice on the menu too, they had a really nice sun terrace to enjoy a drink, food or just to chill, they had a car park for the duration of your stay Breakfast was a full english which i can honestly say kept you full until your evening meal , we did...

"It was easy to self check in and the room had everything needed for a great stay including the breakfast box. We took the dog with us and the room was ideal with plenty of room for us. We didn't see any staff as all the information was sent via phone. The staff member I spoke to on the phone to add the dog was very helpful and efficient. Lovely place to stay."

"We stayed for one night. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and our room was spacious, although the décor felt tired and in need of updating.
The biggest issue was room service. The welcome book said orders had to be placed at reception, so I queued there, only to be sent to the bar.
