"This is exactly the sort of experience I seek when visiting the UK. It's an "only in England" experience. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I was absolutely enraptured. "We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

"The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy. "The rooms are central, so that is a plus, but apart from that I found the rooms overpriced for what you got, self service checkin, no staff, and the one person I spoke to on the phone was actually rude. Rooms are not cleaned at all during a multi day stay, Parking is not easy as the car park next door fills up quickly, not suitable for anyone who has mobility issues. Would I stay their again, no!"
