On the lower ground floor, 2 bedrooms are arranged side by side, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm and each offering direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The single bathroom on this level is equipped with a hydro massage shower and a WC. On the upper floor, a smaller third bedroom features 1 sofabed of 135 cm and benefits from a south-facing position with access to the terrace. The property also includes 2 large terraces totalling 22 m2, both south-facing, as well as a generous south-facing garden of 350 m2 offering remarkable views of the sea, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside.
