Located about 100 m from Grifeu beach and close to the port and the shops and restaurants in the area.

Going into the apartment, there is a bright open space, tastefully decorated, with the lounge-dining room and the kitchen. The lounge has a sofa-bed, TV, coffee table, cupboards, dining table and chairs and direct access to the balcony with lovely views. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, vitroceramic hob, microwave, coffee capsule machine, toaster and tableware.

There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and reading lamps, and 1 full bathroom with bath, sink, toilet, hair dryer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The balcony-terrace is equipped with chairs and a small table, where you can enjoy the sunny weather and the views.
