"Excellent stay, Tim and Helen made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was well presented with lots of hospitality extras and the bed and pillows were super comfy. Although the breakfast is only a continental (which suited us perfectly) there was a fantastic choice with the addition of lovely homemade bread/toast. Not sure when, but we will definitely be going back there when we're in the area."

"Excellent quality accommodation, situated within sight of the sea front. Very tidy well maintained property, quiet and comfortable. Only problem was car parking facility, which was a council owned park opposite. Charges were very high hourly, £7 for a day. In all, an excellent break. "

"What an elegant, well presented and comfortable house in which to stay! Everything was provided, from ecofriendly shampoo and bodywash to pristine robes and towels, a lovely coffee machine, fresh mik with the tea facilities and an excellent guide to the house, its facilities and local walks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"Two male cyclists in twin room. Fantastic place to stay. Steven was great for local knowledge. Lovely Welsh charm about the house. Clean, great breakfast. Beautiful garden with views to sit in. We sat in garden with a beer after a day on the trails. Highly recommend"
