  • Spacious, beautifully decorated studio apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting the green capital of Europe – Ljubljana. Superb location right in the City Centre with only 5 min walking distance to the main bus/train station, attractions & car garage next door.

    This comfortable studio apartment has been newly reconstructed in 2020 and is a perfect getaway for a couple or a single traveler, coloured in the shades of blue.
    It is a part of a famous building, located on “Bavarski dvor“, right in the city centre of Ljubljana, with walking distance to all points of interest in Ljubljana.
    The kitchen offers a fridge, a cooker, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, microwave oven. Coffee and tea are also provided along with some other basic kitchen ingredients.
    We also provide fresh linen, towels, a hair dryer and shampoo. There is a fast wi-fi connection.
    We have two apartments in this building, both next to each other.
    The underground garage where you can safely park your car is just next to our building (parking not included in the price). The garage has a direct entrance to our building.

This was a really nice, clean place. The location was amazing and close to everything. The grocery store is just around the corner and so is everything else. If you want to shop keep in mind all stores are closed on Sunday, grocery stores, liquor stores included, so go get you bottle of Slovenian wine the day before.

Convenient, comfortable, clean studio. Located a short walk from the old town, river area, this studio was very conveniently located. We enjoyed a full day of sight seeing and appreciated the studio's central location. There is air conditioning which was nice as we could sleep with the windows closed (although there was no street noise). The neighborhood around the studio was quiet and felt very safe. The studio itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we were very happy.

到着が午前中だったのでダメ元で連絡してみたら午前中にチェックインさせていただけました。部屋はベッドも広いし電子レンジや電気ケトル、調理器具なども揃っていて、節約して料理をされる方にもいいと思います。 シャワールームは超コンパクトですが、こんなものかなと思います。バスセンターから歩いて5分くらいなので、バスでの都市間移動を考えている方は下手に街中でホテルを取るより荷物を持って移動しなくていい分良いと思います。 帰りも出発が午後だったのですが、スーツケースを部屋に置いておいていいよと言ってもらったので、とても助かりました！ ただ、入口がわかりにくいので初めて行く時はどこから入っていいか迷うと思いますが、外観に住所が書かれているのでそれを目掛けて行ってください。 オーナーの対応がとても早くて助かりました。

I used VRBO for the first time so it kind of worried me a bit, but wend the near of the traveling date I just got contacted by the host and just send the check in instructions straight away, so that’s great. And when I get into the room is super clean. And the size is big enough. And the host just prepared toiletries includes hair shampoo and conditioner. It’s very centre close to everything shops restaurants.

Our stay in this appartement was lovely. It is really close to the old town, which was so nice. The kitchenette was great to (we cooked some nice pasta!)

Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage mega, gleich nebenan eine Tiefgarage und es war alles fußläufig in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden !

Great location!

Great location walking distance from our car rental and all downtown locations. Nice little market in the building. Host was very communicative when we needed anything.

It was a nice, well arranged small apartment, conveniently located in the centre of Ljubljana. Easy to check-in. Small kitchenette, hairdryer, iron provided. Place was clean but both the towels and the bed linen, although fresh, were pretty worn. Good starting point to visit the city, all major bus lines stop just at the building, lots of shops, restaurants and other smaller eating places around. Just a word of warning - contrary to the information we received before coming, underground parking next to the apartment building (called Kozolec) costs 55 Euro (!!!) per 24h, and there is no free street parking available nearby. We would recommend leaving you car at the Park and Ride and taking a bus (no. 9) that stops just at the building.

Fantastic place, spotlessly clean, great facilities and modern. Lovely little extras to make the stay more confortable. Great location just 10 mins walk from centre, and in a lovely quiet area. Comms from host Luka were spot on. Highly recommend!
