  • Spacious, beautifully decorated two-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting the green capital of Europe – Ljubljana. Superb location right in the City Centre with only 5 min walking distance to the main bus/train station, attractions & car garage next door.

    This comfortable two-bedroom apartment has just been newly reconstructed, finished in December 2019 and is a perfect getaway for up to 4 people, coloured in the shades of white and gray.
    It is a part of a famous building, located on “Bavarski dvor“, right in the city centre of Ljubljana, with walking distance to all points of interest in Ljubljana.
    The kitchen offers a fridge, a cooker, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, food blender and all other necessities. Coffee and tea are also provided along with some other basic kitchen ingredients.
    We also provide fresh linen, towels, bathrobe, a hair dryer and shampoo. There is a fast wi-fi connection. Please note that due to technical problems, the TV reception will not work until approx. mid January 2020.
    We have two apartments in this building, both next to each other.
    The underground garage where you can safely park your car is just next to our building (parking not included in the price). The garage has a direct entrance to our building.

Apartamento con una ubicación inmejorable, muy cómodo, cocina bien equipada y muy bien cuidado. El anfitrión muy amable y colaborativo.

Hemos descansado muy bien y está cerca del centro pero en limpieza un 4. La cocina sucia y las alfombras también. El baño y las camas al menos estaban limpias.

Buen emplazamiento y cómodo

Cogimos el apartamento durante una semana porque teníamos un curso, la verdad es que en las imágenes no se aprecia la amplitud que tiene. Tuvimos un problema con las llaves pero Luka no tuvo ningún problema en solucionarlo.

Location was great with grocery stores nearby. Very close to old town. The apartment is clean but worn. Parking is listed as an amenity under the building but the cost is €50 per 24hrs. We did park a block away for €35 per 24hrs.

A great location for the train station and to the city centre for all the tourist sites. Area felt safe and a couple of mini markets nearby for food and drink.

The location of the apartment was excellent - a five minute walk from the bus station and about a seven minute walk to Ljubliana old town. Lots of great places to eat close by too. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was a lovely size for 2 adults and a teenager! It was a bit hard to find but the host was very helpful and we found it in the end! Super location. Plenty of eating places (supermarkets, cafes etc) so close to the apartment. Air con was a godsend in the heat of the week we were there. Bus and train station were so close but also walkable easily into Ljubljana centre. A really enjoyable stay, apartment was so lovely and will come again! We would happily have extended our stay!

Excellent location: great underground parking; relatively easy to find.Silver chair was aweful and should be discarded; linen was questionable.Overall, the bathroom needs remodel to improve its functionality and appearance.

Stayed one night with our family of four; apt is compact but adequate. Could use a little updating, but works for in town stay near shopping. Good location in City Center with ten minute walk to bus, train or car rental. Responsive host.

Great location and proximity to the bus/train station and the pedestrian zone, a 10 minute walk to all. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. A parking garage right next door made parking a breeze.

Great location in the city center with easy walkability to old town and more. We appreciated this the most as we were able to easily see everything we wanted to in our one night in town. Communication was great beginning on the day of check in, however, we did not receive check in information until I reached out as we were arriving to the city. I had reached out a few times requesting assistance with parking and check in prior to our stay and did not receive a response until the day of our stay.

Pros: Host/communication was great. Check in was easy and very clear from host’s instructions and photos provided. Location was okay/good - 10 minute walk to river. Checkout was easy. Cons: Living room furniture, specifically silver chair, needs to be removed. It makes the whole place feel dirty and old. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. A shower curtain would be nice so as to not flood the bathroom while showering.
