Muy buen cuarto con baño privado, Tomar en cuenta que cargan adicionalmente 9 euros por la limpieza más los impuestos al momento de hacer el check in, y la señal del wifi muy pobre, fuera de ahí todo excelente!

The place was very nice and clean. Check-in and check-out was very easy and convenient. The hosts were readily available to help with any needs or if we had any questions. The plants and postcard collection made it feel very nice and pleasant.

Trés bon séjour, un soucis sur la taxe de séjour
Le séjour s'est très bien passé, la gestion de notre arrivée tardive était très bien. La chambre, l'hotel... tout était super. Dommage que l'hôtel nous réclame 12.52€ de taxe de séjour alors que hotels.com nous dit qu'il y avait 9,40€ de taxes à régler sur place.

Cheap, goodt location, but very used appartment.
In the basement. Everything worked, smelled like a cellar. Warm inside, the windows opened took long to cool it down. Only 27 celsius outside. Very friendly staff. Parking on road outside hotel.Wifi worked ok.

Majapaikka ajoi asiansa. Sijainti oli varmaan parasta meidän reissua ajatellen. Hyvin mahduttiin isommalla porukalla majoittumaan. Ympäristö ja majapaikka oli kyllä rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Sisäänkirjautuminen sujui erittäin hyvin.

This worked well for me, my wife & son while visiting our Study Abroad Daughter. It's a walk to downtown Ljubljana but it's a very safe area of town.

1, De gastheer verwelkomde ons nauwelijks want hij was alleen maar bezig met geld, hij had haast leek het wel en geen aandacht voor ons als gast. 2, ik had een kamer besteld met een twee persoons bed en we kregen een kamer met 4 losse bedden. De bedden waren niet opgemaakt en het beddengoed en de handdoeken waren erg oud en roken niet fris. 3, De wc's en de badkamers hebben een opknapbeurt nodig, losse en oude wc brillen. Er zijn geen handdoeken om de handen af te drogen als je ze hebt gewassen. In de badkamer zit de douchekop houder op borsthoogte aan de muur gemonteerd zodat de stal horizontaal naar voren spuit. Het is erg lastig om normaal te douchen. Er is geen trekker aanwezig dus de vloer is nat en vies met de haren van degene die voor je is geweest nog op de vloer. 4, de keuken is vies en erg klein met oude spullen. 5 er is geen tv op de kamer terwijl die er op de fotos op de site wel is. In de keuken is een 15 inch tv-tje aan de muur gemonteerd maar de afstandsbediening is plakkerig omdat de keuken niet goed schoongemaakt word. Alles in het huis is eigenlijk een beetje goor. 6 op de kamer zijn alleen de bedden en 4 stoelen. Er is een kleine kast voor je spullen maar die willen we vanwege de hygiëne niet gebruiken. We leven dus uit de koffer. Er is geen tafeltje om te kunnen eten en alles is erg oud. Kortom, een erg slechte lokatie. Ook al is het erg goedkoop is de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding verschrikkelijk. Ik raad het iedereen af hier te verblijven.

Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om te beoordelen. Je hebt een bed geboekt in een hostel. Alle foto's zijn waar en je hebt gezien (als gekeken) wat je boekt. Ja, er is geen tafel in de kamers. We eten in de keuken. Er zijn voldoende tafels in de keuken. Er is geen tv in de kamer en ik weet niet waar je die hebt gezien. Er is een tv in de keuken. Aangezien je bij het hostel hebt geboekt, betekent dit dat je gedeelde services gebruikt. We kunnen de douches niet na elke gast schoonmaken. We maken elke ochtend schoon.Ik zou u aanraden om in de toekomst appartementen te boeken, waar alle diensten alleen voor u zijn. Het is erg comfortabel. Daarnaast hebben en hadden we de mogelijkheid om een appartement te boeken, het is niet veel duurder, maar wel veel comfortabeler.Met vriendelijke groet, Sergei

Grazie per il buon feedback. In effetti, spesso abbiamo problemi con la comunicazione con gli ospiti. Expedition non sempre fornisce i contatti degli ospiti, quindi non possiamo inviare tutte le informazioni necessarie per il check-in automatico.

They charged us for cleaning when we arrived and the place was filthy. Spiders, stains, food crumbs from previous tenants, cat poo everywhere outside, I have many pictures to post. I also complained before I arrived because they asked for extra money when I had already paid Expedia for city and property taxes. I needed to pay an extra €17.60 for cleaning and VAT. As I mentioned already the place was filthy. Hairs on the floor around the shower, black mold everywhere in the shower. It was worse than a hostel. When I tried to explain I had already paid taxes and show the receipt the owner was very stern that I still needed to pay more. I had already paid €86 for the dump! I'd like some money to be returned and this property to be taken off Expedia.

Bereits vor Anreise hatte ich Probleme mit dem Besitzer. Er war vulgär am Telefon, danach wollte ich die Unterkunft stornieren. Er beharrte jedoch darauf, obwohl Ebookers im anrief. Zudem legte er mir eibfach das Telefon auf! Worst Place ever!

Cheap and cheerful
I stayed here for 10 nights and the host Sergi was extremely helpful whenever I need something. The place is in quite residential areas and 30 minutes walking distance from city centre. All the amenities are provided for self catering. It is cheap and cheerful place for short stay.

Recommend this place
The guesthouse was clean and had everything you required. The location is in a Residential area which makes it quiet but its excellent for going to the museums, getting into the city and finding decent bars. The host was polite and courteous, nothing was ever a problem and he also did a good breakfast one morning for me.

Great hotel for a short stay
Great cheap hotel. For 5 euro deposit you get a transport card which allows to use free bicycles. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped. wifi is good enough. Single room size is fine for a short stay. Sergey (hotel manager) is very helpful. Basically nothing to complain about, especially for this price. I was a bit surprized I have to pay extra fees at arrival but then noticed it being mentioned in the hotels.com booking confirmation, so be ready for it :) It was about 23 euro for 5 nights.

ここで2泊予約していました。1日目に全身痒くて眠れなくなり、ベッドをライトで照らすと2匹ほどベッドバグを発見。ハウスオーナーに助けを求めようと思いましたが、緊急用で置いてあった携帯の充電が切れていて電話すらできませんでした。(オーナーは宿泊施設には寝泊まりしていません)次の日事情を説明し、部屋を変えて欲しいとお願いすると、''ベッドバグ?証拠写真はあるのか!?君の勘違いだ!それは蚊に刺されただけだよ。''と逆ギレされました。それから数分後に、隣のベッドなら移ってもいいよ。と言われ、隣もベッドバグがいるから嫌だ。と言ったが対応してもらえず。それからベッド周辺を気にし始め、マットレス、ベッド丸ごと部屋から運び出し掃除したようで、終わると、''多分、ベッドバグいたっぽいね。ごめんなさい。多分…''と謝ってきたが部屋は変えてくれず、2日目の夜は隣のベッドで寝ることに。もちろん2日目もバッチリやられました。今度こそ写真を撮り証明することが出来ました。残念ながら2日間、部屋のベッドでは寝れず共同キッチンにあるソファで仮眠する羽目になり全く眠ることが出来ませんでした。お詫びの阻止なをくてたが、返金も無くとても辛い思いをしただけでした。駅からも遠く、バスルームも使いにくく、オーナーも悪い人ではないのだろうけれど、最後まで残念でした。

Its a great little guesthouse and friendly owner. Free safe parking. Area is very quiet. Only negative thing was the cleaning fee we were charged (its written in the description, but we missed it). Never ever has any place charged us a cleaning fee when booking a hotel or guesthouse thru Hotels.com. Should be added into the price.

Clean place, the guesthouse owner was helpful, a little bit of walk to the city centre but overall a nice stay. You can also borrow the public bus/bike cards from the guesthouse owner to go around places.
