La estadía en u Hotel fue grandiosa. El hotel con una gran vista. El dormitorio muy bueno y muy buen wifi. El personal excelente, fuimos a un tour temprano y nos empacaron el desayuno. Cerca a todo. En resumen, genial!!!

El hotel bonito y bien ubicado. Ustedes los de Hotels deberían de tener cuidado con lo que prometen a los socios Gold. Específicamente agarre este hotel por qué llegue a la 130 am y quería un check out extendido como lo promocionan en su página web y resulta que no fue así. Revisen sus políticas o cámbienlas por qué la razón por qué quiero conservar el nivel que tengo con ustedes es por las comodidades que ofrece

Ubicación perfecta
Son dos hoteles en uno. Depende de la habitación se accederá por un ascensor u otro. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa, con dos camas de matrimonio y terraza, aunque las vistas no eran maravillosas. Para acceder a la piscina en el último piso hay que reservar hora. El tiempo máximo para estar es de dos horas. Está abierta hasta las 22. El hotel está muy bien situado cerca del río, eje central de la ciudad, con un entorno bullicioso aunque nosotros no lo notamos al estar en la parte moderna del hotel. Alguna recepcionista habla castellano.

Hotel céntrico
Hotel muy céntrico, a unos pasos del triple puente y de la catedral. Personal muy amable. Habitación enorme, con balcón. Con nosotros tuvieron un fallo y nos dieron una habitación preparada para una persona, llamamos a la recepción y en 1 minuto, literalmente, solucionaron el error. Hay minibar y caja fuerte en la habitación. El hotel tiene spa y piscina climatizada en la última planta; se puede usar la piscina y la sauna sin conste adicional hasta las 10 de la noche. Es fabuloso relajarse después de un día pateando Luibliana. El desayuno es muy bueno y el personal es muy atento. Al hacer el check out te cobran una city tax, de la que nadie nos había avisado, unos 8 € aproximadamente por 2 personas/3noches en total. Repetiría sin duda en este hotel si volviese a Luibliana

Buena ubicacion
El hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion y las habitaciones son bastantes comodas, el personal de la recepcion muy atentos. El menu del room service no estaba en el cuarto por lo que llamamos para que lo llevaran pero nunca lo llevaron, al dia siguiente llamamos de nuevo y nunca lo llevaron.

Muy céntrico
Llegamos en carro al hotel y pudimos estacionarlo en el parking que tienen justo debajo. Lo malo es que es muy estrecho y nos costó mucho estacionarlo. Por lo que cobran (20 euros al día) es mejor usar el valet parking. El recibimiento en el hotel fue algo frío, pero eficiente. El hotel tiene un estilo muy retro, que se disfruta mucho. La habitación era enorme y tenía muchas comodidades. Te ponen cafetera y tienes distintos tés y cafés. El baño también es muy amplio y las amenties son variadas. La habitación tenía balcón y la señal de wifi era buena. El desayuno es muy abundante y hay de todo; ha sido de los mejores que he probado en un hotel. Desde el hotel puedes ir andando a cualquier lugar de la ciudad, así que su ubicación es inmejorable.

Hotel recomendado. La mejor zona !!
La zona es la mejor. En pleno centro. O sea bajas y estas en el centro. A 1 cuadra del triple puente. El hotel esta bien. Aunq le pedimos al maletero que lleve la valija al auto y cuando fuimos al auto 4 horas más tarde la valija no estaba y no sabían donde la habían puesto. Además el chico no aparecía. Al final estaba en otra habitación. Pidieron disculpas pero siempre muy amables todo. El desayuno es buenísimo. También habíamos reservado 1 noche y después quisimos reservar una mas y resulta q nos dieron en otra parte del edificio. También es buenísima. Muy similar pero es tan grande q tiene dos administraciones con dos recepciones. Así q tuvimos q hacer el check out a las 12 y después esperar hasta 14 hs para hacer el check in en la otra parte y mover todo hacia otra habitación. Algo absurdo y engorroso pero dijeron q no podían dejarnos en la misma habitación. Igual lo re contra recomiendo.

Great location, right in the center of the old town. Walking distance to everywhere. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and with fair amount of varieties. The only downside is the hotel condition which is rather old and needs some tender loving care.

The Finnish sauna at hotel was not working which was a shame (only infrared was working). So I had to use an another hotels facilities (intercontinental hotel nearby). Staff and cleanliness were great!

Loved the hotel! Located in such a convenient part of town, just 10 minutes away from the bus station and a few minutes walk to the center of the city. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Really liked the girl at the reception desk! The room with the balcony was super nice, with a panoramic view of the city. Definitely recommend and would come bacn again.

Lots of room in Ljubljana
This is a pretty grand hotel in the center of Ljubljana. You can easily walk from the train and bus station here and easily walk to the main attractions. The lobby is massive and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that we had. The room was also spacious with a big bathroom and tub. The one downside was the pool area, which was crowded even with reservations.

Booked for the spa facilities, only to find on arrival they had to close and we could not use them. Hotel apparently rent the space out and so had no influence. Spa wanted to charge 175 euro to use a private hot tub?! Hotel itself is very dated. No sockets near the bed. Location was good for walking into city center. Breakfast was fine.

Big hotel, yet the property will probably need a refurbish sooner then later. Room clean, furniture still in good condition, very good preserved. Air conditioning works very well in my room, heating properly. Breakfast very good, yet the restaurant wasn't work at least during our stay, fortunately many other restaurants available in the close neighborhood. Good location, 10 min walking distance from the citycenter.

Bel soggiorno!!
Hotel molto bello e curato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione eccezionale con una grande varietà di alimenti dal dolce al salato. Posizione ottima a due passi da una delle piazze principali e di conseguenza ai vari servizi. Non do 5 stelle solamente per il letto, trovato scomodo e molto rumoroso nel girarsi da un lato all'altro.

The staff are super helpful, friendly and very responsive if you have any sort of problem. The hotel is connected to the Union hotel which is a beautiful piece of architecture. It is a center hotel so very close and therefore easily walkable to visitor attractions and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable but tired - bathroom in particular with worn out shower and although we had a bath that the shower was attached too it was old and very narrow so I was actually wedged into it (I am an average build) and had to work hard to get out of it! The most annoying thing as we were there with friends for the new year was that there is not a bar area - somewhere pleasant and relaxing that you can sit with a nice drink or cocktail. When asking for a bar area you are sent to a cafe area with tables and white table clothes that was clearly an eating / dining room which was not the same thing and lacked atmosphere. Breakfast was a very good selection. The main entrance could do with a makeover to make it more inviting and the whole experience is in need of refinement.

Super séjour et emplacement au top
Super sejour ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel et le confort au top ! Petit bemol, j'ai laissé un cadeau qu'un ami devait récupérer et ce cadeau n'a pas ete délivré à mon ami. Ce dernier a je pense été dérobé et cest vraiment dommage.

Kurzaufenthalt in Ljubljana
War ja grundsätzlich auf 63m2 Hotelzimmer gespannt, hat aber auch her den Charakter einer Kleinwohnung. Der Tito-Charme der späten 70er/frühen 80er Jahre ist dem Hotel anzumerken, leider aber auf allen Details wie Mobiliar etc., umfunktionierte Duschbadewannen haben neben anderen baulichen Baustellen halt auch keinen wirklichen Platz mehr hinsichtlich Preis/Leistung. Ist aber eine persönliche Meinung. Lage ist quasi neben dem Zentrum (also gut), Frühstücksbuffet auch ok, Tiefgarage für größere Fahrzeuge mühsam. Wellnessbereich ist ziemlich überschaubar, aber gegeben. Trotz allem aber ok.

숙소 위치는 너무 좋았어요 버스 터미널과 가까웠고 관광지랑도 가까웠어요 방위치가 복도에서 깊숙하게 들어가야 있었어요 방이 크고 침대가 넓었지만 시설은 노후된 느낌이라서 요기부분이 맘에는 안들었습니다 거기다가 방음이 잘 안돼서 새벽에는 기계음 소리,말소리 잘 들려요 복도 지나가면서 문을 열고 닫는 소리까지 크게 들려요 조식은 정말 맛있어요 전체적으로는 괜찮았지만 방의 위치가 아쉬웠어요

Amazing location, you can walk to most major sights or wander down near the water for a lovely dinner or cocktail! Breakfast was amazing, staff kind and helpful! Needs a bit of updating, but clean and doesn’t take away anything from the stay. We will be back!
