Front desk staff was incredibly unpleasant. It felt that they weren’t happy to have any guests at all. Good location, walking distance to train station and town centre. Room was decent, but nothing remarkable. Staff really ruined the experience during check in, check out and luggage storage.

I'm very sorry that the receptionist who was at the reception in the afternoon did not show empathy towards the information you gave him. I talked to the employee as soon as he came to work and we renewed once again the standards of work at the reception. We really appreciate all the comments that our guests give us. Good accommodations with adequate service
The feeling at arrival to the B&B Hotel Ljubljana Park was somehow that of an impersonal place oriented to massive tourism. Instead of good morning, the initial greeting was that we had arrived before check-in time and should come back later. When we returned, the front desk staff had changed and also the attitude. Finally, although the accommodations and amenities may be considered simple, they provide enough for a comfortable short term stay.

Estancia muy agradable en el centro de la ciudad.
El hotel es céntrico y está perfecto para visitar la ciudad, además se llega fácil desde la estación de tren y autobuses. La habitación era amplia, limpia y con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos unos días. Si volviese sería un hotel a tener en cuenta de nuevo para alojarse.

Creo que si vuelvo repetiré
El hotel está recién reformado, al menos las habitaciones del pasillo en el que tenía la mía. Decoración funcional y acogedora. Había conexión WIFI gratuita en la habitación, pero...mala señal y con desconexiones frecuentes. Una pena, pues de otro modo la habitación habría sido perfecta. Solo 2 ascensores para un edificio de 12 plantas. Entre las 7:30 y las 8:30 puede ser necesario bajar/subir andando pues los ascensores están ocupados. La ubicación es perfecta!! a 4 minutos andando del casco histórico donde se encuentran infinidad de restaurantes y mucho ambiente (Yo he estado a principios de Septiembre) Hay posibilidad de aparcamiento dentro del recinto del hotel, pero el número de plazas es limitado y podría ser necesario acudir a un parking que creo que es público en las inmediaciones. El hotel es alojamiento frecuente de excursiones y rutas organizadas, por lo que la hora del desayuno hay que escogerla bien, mejor a partir de las 8:30

Muy bien en general, tanto el servicio como la calidad del establecimiento. Respecto a la habitación, la cama era bastante ruidosa. Encontramos a faltar una caja de seguridad y una pequeña nevera para los refrescos. Tampoco tenía aire acondicionado, que se echa de menos en los días calurosos como en nuestra estancia. El personal muy amable. La limpieza muy bien. La ubicación excelente, por estar muy cerca del centro histórico.

Hotel Park de Ljubljana
En general ha sido una buena experiencia el hotel esta bastante bien situado, mas o menos cerca de la estación tanto de buses como de trenes y del centro y zona de garitos. Lo unico malo es que el cafe del desayuno era malisimo de los peores que he tomado. Pero por lo demas todo muy bien.

Uno de los hoteles más deprimentes
Uno de los hoteles más deprimentes en que he estado en mi vida. Feo por dentro y por fuera. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y tampoco minibar. El suelo esta cubiero con un plastico cutre. Esto no es un hotel, sino un hostal como mucho. Entendeía que cueste 15euros por noche, pero 95 es un abuso!!! Evitar a toda costa.

Schade, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt, aber am Wochenende ist er leicht auf der Straße zu finden. Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto nicht direkt erreichbar. Die Navigation führte uns im Kreis. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber, sie können mit einigen Hotels mit 4 * verglichen werden. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität. Lediglich die Kellner könnten leiser miteinander kommunizieren.

The staff here is very helpful and polite especially Arman! They let me checkout an hour later as my flight is later in the afternoon! I cannot find anything to complain about the place! I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend! Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 The room is a good size, bright, clean bathroom (the rain shower is amazing)! There is a mini fridge for drinks. The hotel is surrounded by residential buildings with lots of families around. It is about a 10-12 minute walk to the bus station that go to the airport, Lake Bled and Postojna Cave. The town square is about 5 minute walk- honestly with what you see around you wouldn’t mind the walk. Quiet, Great value

Located just outside city center you can walk to most areas. The hotel will provide you with a parking permit for €10 a day. That is actually a really good deal. Our room was clean. It was nice. Sometimes it was a little noisy and the noise was coming from the outside not within the hotel. I would stay there again they were very nice and accommodating to me.
