Our holiday home (approx. 210 sqm) with a large pool (approx. 35 sqm) is located in the small village of Jadreški, near Pula and Medulin. The location is ideal for those who prefer the tranquility of the countryside but still like the advantages of a busy city.

Pula and Medulin can be reached in less than 10 minutes, here you will find many excursion destinations, sights, restaurants and shops and in the evening a variety of cultural events.

The sea can be reached in about 5km, ideally by bike or by car.
Other attractions can be reached shortly due to the proximity to the motorway. B. Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, the Brijuni National Park, the Limski Canal or the smallest town in the world called "Hum".

The very well equipped villa offers a total of 4 bedrooms on 2 floors, each with its own bathroom. Two bathrooms have a shower, the other two bathrooms have a bath. The house can accommodate up to 10 people (8 + 2). More beds are available on request.

On the ground floor there is a large living-dining area with an open kitchen. In the living room we have a large fireplace for you for the colder days.

All bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned, all bedrooms and the living room have satellite TV. Internet is free of charge via WLAN.

From the living room there is a large door to the covered terrace. In addition to an extra large pool, the outdoor area has a huge summer kitchen for cozy barbecues. A bedroom on the ground floor has a covered balcony and a bedroom on the upper floor has a balcony from which you have a wide view of the fields and forests and the pool.

The villa offers a lot of peace, relaxation and privacy thanks to its own outdoor pool, barbecue and private parking space. The house is ideal for families with children, those seeking tranquility or cyclists
